Best service and food in town, would recommend coming here anytime to relax, have a drink and great food Bartenders Gino and Stephanie are the best!

We had a party room reservation at 830 on a Friday, and from the moment we arrived the staff was on top of everything. Pizzas were hot, plenty of salad and drinks, we never had to hunt down a waitress or waiter. Most important they had everything under control and allowed my wife and I tend to the guests, take pictures, and enjoy their signature pizzas. I would recommend this me & eds for a big party like ours, which was about +or– 40. Charles the manager did a great job making sure my son’s evening went well. Thank you Charles and to your staff. Excellent job!!!

This place is horrible they close the doors 1 hour and 30 minutes early (8:30) when there closing time is at 10. Last time I was here in dinning it was 9:20 and there was another family still eating all the workers started cleaning at 9:20 they were rushing us all to pay and to leave already this has happened twice to me they do it just because they all want to leave work early that is not how you treat your customers and oh yeah by the way the waitress always takes forever to ask for refills & ask how is the food.

When I first walked in a young lady came up and grabbed menus. She did not acknowledge me nor say hello. She walked right off. Thought great this is the service I will receive. Turned out; waitress that waited on me was Excellent. My food was served hot and fast, I will return. I just hope I do not get waitress that was unfriendly.

Never coming back here! I don’t recommend this place at all unless you’re getting pizza for take out. We originally came here for a birthday. Our server, whom we didn’t know was our server, didn’t introduce herself and clearly hates her job. We had order wings and waited almost an hour before we sent some one to get her to take our orders. How hard is it to check on your tables and make sure everyone has what they need? She didn’t pay attention to new arrivals, didn’t get everyone’s order, and we had to use the expediter to get her for us. The kitchen on the other hand needs to get more organized because almost everyone waited waaaaay too long for their orders to be delivered. Food is mediocre. Not worth the buy. I’m assuming because we had a semi big party size (10+ ppl) our server thought she’d be able to give us shitty service since she was going to put gratuity on all our tabs. Wrong. I don’t pay for a «tip» unless it’s worth giving. At least the folks at the bar got what they wanted.

Very slow service waitress Huttling round the register not checking on tables & don’t seem to happy & they weren’t even Busy. Guess was manager came & asked if we needed. Anything.(maybe still alive lol) he was nice.

Slow service food ok, and most of all no WIFI. Waitresses were huddled around the register and we were ready to order. No one checks on their tables.

If the closing time says 10pm. Why does this place constantly close earlier? Showed up to order a pizza at 9:16pm. Well aware that I can ask for a box to go, when it’s closing time. Drove over there for them to say they are closed when the sign says 10:00pm as well as the website. Not to mention that they are really expensive. Especially for adult beverages.

Hubby and I decided on a date night. We had a 9:50 movie, with pre-​bought tickets. We walk in at 8:20, thinking we got a solid hour to eat. As we wait 10 minutes to be seated, he noticed a sign about large 3 topping pizza for 11.95…
We finally get a booth. There are exactly 4 other tables with people at them, all eating. 3 servers talking. After about 5 minutes, ours comes to place drink order. We start to tell her we’d like an appetizer, but she says she will be right back. She comes back with drinks, then places appetizer order. We tell her we are ready to place dinner order, but she says «let me put your appetizer in». About 5 minutes later she comes back. Now it’s 8:45. We tell her we have a movie that we need to order. My husband orders a large 3 topping. She tells him that he can’t get the 11.95 special cause it’s not for dine in, delivery and carryout only. He agrees to pay $ 16. I order calzone.
Our appetizer arrives at 9:05. Now, I don’t work there, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say that appetizers are a quick food, not a 25 minute to cook food (pepperoni poppers). We eat these, while waiting on our refill. Our server is still standing at the same table, talking to a couple who have been done with their food.
At 9:18, my husband asks for check and our order to go. She asks why, he reminds her of the movie. At 9:30, we close out our bill for $ 37.88 for food we still have yet to eat. We had large pizza, calzone with extra topping, pepperoni poppers, a Dr. Pepper and a water. We barely make it to the movie. I get home at midnight to eat my dinner to discover there was tomato slices in my calzone, when I had asked specifically if there was so I could say to leave them out. I was told no.
Our pizza ended up being carryout, still paid full price. My husband paid $ 3 for a Dr. Pepper that was mostly ice. In an hour, we had no refills. The pizza took over 30 minutes to cook, and we were the only order in. The calzone dough was barely done, and not how I asked.
The pizza was great, even 2 ½ hours later. Service was horrible. Not rude service, more like lack of service. Will never waste money or time here again.

I don’t know why this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve only dined in once or twice and enjoyed myself both times. The pizza is to die for and that’s what you should go to me n eds for who cares about all the other food. Delivery and takeout are always convenient for me from these guys. Yum YUM yum. Also– must try their white sauce pizza

Slow service, no one look like they were happy to have a job! They all need more training

Everything was great. Service was great, food was delicious and was prepared at a rapid speed. I don’t know what that guy is talking about regarding the wings. Mine were crispy, fresh and tasty. People need to remember that Me N Eds specializes in pizza, not wings, or other foods, so if you want perfect wings, go to a wings restaurant sheesh. Anyway, they are spot on with pizza and service was good for a pizza joint accommodating to ALL customers demands. Some people think they are the only customers when dining out. Look around, if it’s busy, we should be just a bit more understanding and patient, if not, eat at home! :)

I was in for dinner with friends and I got some wing they were about the worst wings I have ever had. I didn’t want to seem picky so I pretended I had a toothache so I wouldn’t have to eat them. They were cold bland and disgusting. Never again!!! I threw most of them away!!! Do not order wings here in saving your money and saving you from traumatizing wings

The food is great but I have an issue with the staff. Not very attentive and food does take forever to get to the table.

The pizza is always consistently delicious although I cannot say the same about the customer service and attention to detail. I have been a customer for many years and I don’t know why still return? It never fails, the hostess always seems distracted with her phone, the bartender never smiles and recommends drinks and the manager never provide a solution.
Recommendation: reset the culture by cleaning house and hiring third-​party to come in and develop skills and trainings.

Went in to have one drink in the bar while we bought a gift card for a family who is in a tough situation. After the one drink we let the bar tender know we wanted s $ 40 GC. She couldn’t do it from the bar.
Ok.went to the front.
She says she’s too busy but she could meet me in the bar in a bit to do it. {!!!} I said I was trying to check out and they to me to go to her. She’s not happy and grumbles a bit and says she will e right back.
Fast forward ten minutes. And finally a DIFFERENT gal walks up and asks how she can help me. Repeat the whole GC situations and I can’t say who the gal was and indicate I really just want a GC – can she help?
We walk to the bar and after five minutes of watching another personal grumble she disappears.
Everyone at the bar is quietly looking around what What Is Going On??? I laugh that I’m literally trying to donate a $ 40 GC to a family in need and can’t get it.
Back to the front hostess and she says «oh our systems are down. Come back later. «

Not really impressed with this place. My margarita was not up to par. The server was not really a server and had to come back to recheck our order. I ordered fish and chips w/​red pepper aioli and a side of garlic fries. I got fish with garlic fries, not regular fries w/​extra side of garlic fries and my aioli was a cilantro green garlic sauce. The food was cooked well and people were nice but they are not well organized and it took a long time to get drinks and food.

I went in about a week ago with one other person. It’s been about 3 or 4 years since I’ve been there. The food & service was great then. This time it was the worse dining experience I’ve ever had. First we get there & we are seated with no menus or silverware on the table. 45 minutes later we got menus & silverware. 45 minutes after that our orders were taken. 30 to 45 minutes later we receive our food. I’ve been on a diet for 4 months. I have a cheat meal maybe once a week. That night I ordered a chili cheese burger. The chili wasn’t chili. It was beans. So after we ate our meal we ready to go. We sat there again for another 45 minutes. Fortunately I had enough cash on me & I left giving a less than $ 2 dollar tip. I’m a very generous tipper. I usually give 25% to 30%. So this was definitely far from normal. It’ll take an act of God for me to ever to step into that restaurant again.

Honestly me and eds I am usually a big fan but right now my pizza looks horrible, 18.00 dollars I should have gone as where else. It took you guys almost 2 hours to get here, the pizza looks like cheese bread instead of a pizza. I’m so disappointed! Please if a manager is reading this talk to your staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told that the two pizzas would take 30 – 40 minutes to get to my hotel. At 1 hour and 45 minutes we decided maybe this isn’t going to work out. On a Thursday that seems a little ridiculous. I am an optimist by nature and always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But based on their rude demeanor and poor delivery I cannot, in good faith, suggest this location. What is most unfortunate is that two of my local friends raved about their pizza. I guess they will also be looking for a new pizza service.

Got here at 6 pm. Waited a full hour before being seated. For some reason they refused to seat a group near the booths. Wtf. Why not? It beats standing up.
So…off to the table. Well Gawd love ‘em. Thirty minutes to get the drinks delivered to the table and we had to actually flag a waitress to come back and take the orders on the table.
Seriously. Bullshit.
It’s now two hours and counting. No pizza for us in sight.
If you’re hungry, this isn’t the place to be.
I know this place closed and reopened.
They should have done Fresno and it’s patrons a favor and go away.
Their service is the worst yet.

Ordered the Classic Combination thin crust. The dough was too crisp and without flavor and at $ 12.50 for a small who puts canned mushrooms on a pizza… not a fan.
What happened to fresh mushrooms?
Salad was much better than the pizza.

Amazing things. If you come here and expect tarter sauce with your fish and chips you better bring your own because it is not available here.

Horrible service! Ended up walking out, as did several other customers. Employees do not care about the customers here. Super slow to be seated and then have your order taken. The server disappears and never brings you your check. No manager in sight. I do not recommend eating here. Go to a different M & Ed’s. Ended up going to Yosemite Falls across the way and received excellent, fast service.

So called today for delivery. get hung up on 3 times. finally get through to talk to someone. Have a snobby girl on the phone saying how busy it is like the customers on the phone don’t matter. Order an $ 11.50 pizza she says delivery is free. Comes out to $ 15.74 or something… i say how did it get that high? she talks to me like im stupid when i can do SIMPLE math. she says that what the computer says and how busy she is blah blah blah… i say fuck it, she says «COOL». Ordered from a different Me N Eds, wont be going back to this place again. Hope she gets fired.

Been here 4 times and service has been horrible each time! Ordered a pizza and an hour later I asked what happend and they said they gave my pizza to someone else. The manager didn’t even offer to give me my pizza free. Got my money back and we left. Never coming back.

The service was good. I had a very satisfactory lunch, and the overall experience went well. I’ll definitely come back next time.

Came here for lunch today. I ordered the fish and chips… ok ok ok I understand that it’s the Me N Eds Victory Grill, but I was hoping for more. Not just in quality but amount too. The fish patties are off the food truck but labeled as coated in Firestone beer batter, so I thought, just maybe thought they might be fresh made. Honestly, if I were the Firestone brewery, I’d want my name off the menu.
My colleague had a calzone that he reported tasted good. Neither of my other 2 colleagues commented on their food, so I’ll leave it at that.
This is my 3^rd or 4^th time eating there over the past couple of years, through the changes. The food has been so-​so and with a $ 12.50 price tag for 3 small pieces of fish and fries, no lemon or malt, and some sort of Tatar aioli, I can’t give them more than 2 stars at this point.

Decide to get some dinner after a very long week. I decide on Mr n Eds Victory Grill (close to home). I decide on Penne Chicken Alfredo. I call and make my order for pick up. I wait a few minutes and drive over. I get there and they have a special place to park (2 spots) outside of TO GO door. They are both taken. So they have several more by main entrance. I drive over… All taken. I park super far away. I go in and am taken to Togo area, pay, and wait. Wait… What? Only one other lady in Togo area. WTF???
So attendant hands me my Pasta in a small aluminum Togo container… Literally. I burn the crap out of my hand. I ask for a bag. She looks at me funny. Gets me a very thin plastic bag that it’s obviously going to burn through. No fork, no napkins, no Parmesan cheese, nothing. I look at container and ask where the rest of it is. Again stupid look. Okay let’s make this simple «Where’s the bread?» Umm. It’s in there. Really? I look. Yes there are two very small pieces of bread insîde the aluminum container. Again Wow. I ask for manager. I asked. This is $ 13 ??? Tiny bit of pasta, 2 of the smallest pieces of French bread I have ever seen. No utensils, no napkins, no cheese, not even a side of anything. He said yes it’s measured out. I ask about TOGO parking spots, he said they are in bar waiting. Sitting in bar for 2 hours is not TOGO. I LEAVE. When I get home I open up. Even smaller portion than I thought. That portion should be considered a kids meal option.
Sad. You lost a customer.

Decided to met up with coworkers at Me n Eds for lunch. When I had arrived my coworkers already had ordered Carne Asada nachos and Pizza poppers. Both were very flavorful and a good choice for appetizers.
Sharing between the three of us it was just enough food not to get full. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich with string fries. It wasn’t nothing too impressive. It was flavorful, but the chicken portion was very small. I liked the special sauce and fresh lettuce, but probably would not order it again.
The restaurant was super clean and staff was friendly. I appreciate the innovative food ideas but rather just stick to their Delicious crunchy pizza.
