I recently bought stainless steel panels from this business, for my sub zero in my kitchen. They showed up right when I needed them. The woman behind the phone was very helpful and nice. In the spring I’ll probably buy another set for my garage fridge.

False Advertising! They won’t know the size of the panels on your refrigerator, even though they advertise specific refrigerator models. A panel size was incorrect and they tried to blame us! They advertised our model fridge!
Delayed Shipping! It’s always «busy and hectic» when you contact them. You’ll likely experience delayed shipping and have to continually contact them for status to get any forward progress on your order.
Misrepresentations! After shipping an incorrect panel size, they promised a $ 100 refund and second shipment of the correct panel. Instead, they stopped communicating, didn’t ship the correct panel and kept my money.
Beware! You will think you’re getting a discount, but it’s all just a total hassle. Because of their error, we have to dispute the charge on our credit card, have a panel custom made, pay an installer 2 days instead of one, while they keep our cash.
Our contractor said given the grade of steel they use and the thin wood backing, the materials can be purchased for about $ 100 for a large Sub Zero and fabricated for about $ 100 more. Don’t waste your time and money.
