I called about the condition of my car’s suspension and my questions were never answered.

Amazing service. $ 8000 damage and it was finished and perfect in 2 weeks! They even washed and vacuumed my car when I picked it up!

I came in here after having an accident mid January. A nice gentleman named Josh helped me. Great guy and great customer service! I’d highly recommend this place and Josh! Fast and worked with me. It was with my All-​State Insurance! Thanks for all the help!

A guy backed into my car while I was at lunch. We exchanged insurance info, I called USAA and they took all my info and set me up in a rental and contacted the shop of MY choice. I chose Fresno Collision Center due to the Excellent work they had done for me in a previous fender bender.
I tool my car in and was treated like an MVP.
It was hassle free and smooth. They updated me via text on the progress of my repair every couple of days and I knew exactly what was going in with it at all times with estimates and all paperwork viewable via text and thru my insurance company app. I finally got my car back and it looked like brand new. The service and work were both outstanding. I will continue to recommend them to every one I can. Thanks!

I was referred to this shop by one of the largest insurance carriers in the country because this place was in their network of service providers. The adjuster told me he would email them the claim information and they would contact me within the next couple of days. After I didn’t hear from them for more than 4 business days, I called them. They claimed they never received the claims info. I understand. Mistakes happen. So I asked if I could just come by and the receptionist said yes.
I pulled up 15 minutes later. They had me fill out some paperwork. They asked for the claim number which I didn’t have with me because I though they would have received it from the adjuster, so I gave them the adjuster’s contact info so they could the information they needed for processing.
The customer service rep (Meng Vang) went out and looked at my car and came back in. H told me I should go home and email him the claim number and that he wouldn’t start the claim processing without it. I asked him if he couldn’t just contact the adjuster for that and his response was: «Oh, she probably wouldn’t have it right there and would have to look it up. It’s better if [I] just emailed it to [him].»
As I was walking out the door, I was contacting the adjuster for a referral to another shop, which contacted me within an hour of me talking with the adjuster. If this is what North Fresno Collision Center calls «quality service,» I won’t trust them to repair my car.

Part One before the repairs were completed:
I am in the process of getting my car fixed there but I wanted to provide some feedback on my initial processing. This place was by far the NICEST auto body repair shops I have ever visited. The waiting room is beautiful with complimentary cold waters in a small fridge and Kuerig coffee for the customers. Nice touch.
The repair reps were all SO nice and VERY clear with what we were doing each time we went out to my car. They were very clear and concise with all of their questions and information.
The lady at the front not so much. She could really use some customer service training. She needs to learn how to smile and greet these highly valued customers. Perhaps even inquire as to how one’s day is going. Perhaps mention that there are some beverages for our enjoyment.
As I was filling our forms I did so and sat down to only get called back up again. This happened a few times. Perhaps if she was well trained or cared she could say «one moment please I will need you to sign a few items».
They called for my Enterprise rental for pick up so fast that I didn’t realize what was going on. The gentleman who drove us from Enterprise was GREAT! I appreciated his prompt and courteous service.
I will submit another response once my car is fixed. I have heard great things about this place which is why I picked them and look forward to submitting 5 stars. Hopefully the front desk person was just having a day and I will find her in better spirits.
Part Two-​UPDATE:
After I picked my car up I was disturbed to find that they never put it back together completely. Something as simple but completely necessary as the door handle on the inside where you pull the door closed was never attached. A simple screw and it would have been fine but when I called they didn’t seem to care much. So for the crappy receptionist, the rude service technician staffed on the weekend and this shoddy repair I will NEVER return here.

On 4÷20÷15 @ 11:1 5 am by referral from my insurance company I went to this company. after waiting 5 min an estimator, Tony took a look at my vehicle and said it would take 10 – 15 min before he could have it ready? He said if you can’t wait then I will email it to you.
2 pm I called Tony about the estimate and he said he is now working on it and would email it shortly, At 5 pm I heard the message on my voice-​mail that (who does this) it can back returned, not on my end but his and wanted to know if I would drive back 2 miles to pick it up? who does this???

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place for any type of body work. I went there based on reviews and did not have a great experience. My repair was small compared to what I’ve seen reviewed & I had to return 3x to finally get the completion that I deserved in the beginning.
My initial contact with this company lead me to believe that my car would be in good hands and they would exceed my expectations. Unfortunately I think there were a lot of excuses made regarding the color, fit, etc of the part that needed to be fixed. I was in contact with both my insurance company and the business more times than necessary to get the finished result. In my opinion, the entire process took far too long to complete.

The staff here was so warm, friendly and professional! You can tell they take pride in what they do from the office ladies to the body shop guys. They take care of everything, answer your questions completely and accurately. They even stop progress if there is a question about decisions that need your input. This company kept me informed every step of the way about what needed to be done, or what they couldn’t do. I felt totally confident in their ability to fix my vehicle. The went above and beyond and it shows! I still get compliments on my paint job! The best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

One of the nicest auto shops I have ever been in! The office area is very luxurious looking and very clean– perfect for when you are going to be sitting waiting in there! Although I didn’t wait long– I came to get an estimate and drop my car off for repairs and was in and out in 10 min!
However what was the best about the experience was Ramzey Rojas! This guy is AWESOME! Went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was taken care of– from calling my insurance daily to make sure they were getting the ball rolling to personally calling the manager at Hertz car rental when I had difficulties with them (this was after I was already gone from the NFCC office and he still went out of his way to help!). GREAT customer service!

I had a few small minor problems at first with North Fresno Collision but ended up getting my car fixed here and they did an outstanding job!!! Not only that but Marina went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work done on my car — which was amazing — but was even more great was there dedication to their customers. They even helped me fix something after the fact that I thought might have gone off related to the accident.
Hoping I don’t have another auto collision where the car needs extensive repairs, but if I do — I will be going to North Fresno.

Had my car repaired here through insurance and 3 years later my clear coat started peeling off on the repaired work and they covered it under the paint warranty. I will be coming here for all future body work. Good work and they stand behind their work. Can’t ask for much more.

They may do good work but they will try to screw you over if you don’t go through your insurance. They changed the estimate on me twice after I dropped it off and thought I would let them continue. I told them not to touch my car and took it somewhere else instead.

The quality of work is excellent. The paint on the fender I had repaired matched perfectly to the rest of my car. I was in and out and never had to wait for anyone to help me. They teamed up really well with my insurance, I literally gave them my claim number, signed my paperwork, handed them the keys, and I was out of there. They even give you the option to receive text or email updates on your car. Great company and excellent on customer service.

These guys are great! Experiencing an accident in a vehicle is a discouraging event. And getting a car fixed is also worrisome.
NFCC has done a super job on my cars. In addition, they are very courteous and responsive.
