Immigration Attorney Phillip Kim received a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, accredited by American Bar Association, located in Portland, Oregon.

Immigration Attorney Phillip Kim has worked for Justice Kistler (now in Oregon Supreme Court), Judge Wollheim, and Judge Brewer at the Court of Appeals of Oregon in 2003. The Court of Appeals of Oregon is one of the busiest courts in the United States with a heavy workload. At the Court, Attorney Phillip Kim advised the Court on whether to grant or deny numerous motions on a variety of legal issues in lawsuits.
