We made a home warranty call on our tankless water heater and Rapid Rooter was dispatched to handle the job. First impressions are huge and Diane was so gracious in her assistance and prompt in her service as I spoke with her several times throughout the day to diagnose the problem. Late in the day, I called back and she put the plumber, Edward, on conference call while we worked together to find a solution. He wasn’t sure if he was able to fix brand or model we have and rather than let it go, he met my wife at the house at the dinner hour to assess the situation. When he saw that it wasn’t a familiar model, Edward called the company and found the diagnosis, called home warranty to verify coverage, ordered the ignitor, and told us he’d be back within 5 days to repair. Sure enough, 4 days later he repaired a water heater with which he had no prior experience. Both he and Diane went above and beyond to fix the problem, happy to do so. We are grateful to them and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.

I cannot recommend Rapid Rooter highly enough! My sewage line backed up on a Sunday afternoon, the absolute worst time for it to happen. I called Rapid Rooter and although they were booked for that day they were able to schedule me an early appointment for the following day, Monday. They came within the time frame that they were supposed to and quickly determined what needed to be done. They ran into some issues with my plumbing line but keep me updated during the whole process. They knew how urgent it was for my sewer line to get cleared so they worked in the rainy weather to make the necessary repairs and get my sewer lined cleared up. The price ended up being lower than they initially thought it would be which was even better.

Had to call on a Saturday so it was a bit pricey. Customer service rep was very friendly and serviceman did efficient and quick work. Would recommend and also use again.

I have a huge hill in my backyard that washes down water into a somewhat complex drainage system that flows out to the gutters. Noticed that the water has been pooling up/​flooding in multiple areas in my backyard. With the supposed upcoming El Nino coming this winter, I decided to proactively get the drainage issue looked at.
I called up Rapid Rooter and asked them if they could send someone over to clean it out. The lady on the phone, Dinane, was very friendly and informative. I told her I need someone to come Hydrojet all the clogged drainage pipes. She listened to my situation and was straightforward about pricing, and suggested I just have someone come out to take a look at it first (for a minor, very fair fee) before investing in that service.
Edward, the owner, came out the same day and took a look. He told me that their were probably roots blocking the pipes and that it would most likely be a waste of money for me. He personally showed me how to clean out one of the pipes on my own and told me to do the same with the other pipes around the yard.
Followed Edwards advice clearing out the pipes to a «good enough» condition. Doing so, i did discover that there were roots blocking a few sections of the piping. Since the drainage is good enough… leaving it as is.
Edward saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars trying to hydro-​jet the piping to end up at the same result (they have to rent it out hourly).
This is a great example of a local business, very honest, and their pricing is up front and fair. I really hope I don’t need plumbing service anytime soon (it is always expensive), but if I do… I’ll give Edward and Rapid Rooter the call for sure.

Called this company today because of blocked garbage disposal… called based on previous comments/​recommendations listed here … like they were reasonably priced. Upon arrival, we are told it will be $ 368 to purchase and install new garbage disposal if this one cannot be unblocked. For that price, I would have purchased one and installed it by myself!!!
As it turned out, garbage disposal was unblocked and my bill, for the very short time he was at my home as in way less than one hour, was $ 170…to unblock a garbage disposal !!! I call that highway robbery… valerie b

Awesome customer service! Called at 9pm and the owner showed up within 30 min. I had what I thought was a major problem that turned out to be minor. The owner quickly fixed my problem and waved all fees. They will be the only plumber I ever call again.

We had a leak in our well’s service line late in the day (of course). They were able to come out right away, temporarily stop the leak and then repair the next day. Responsive, good quality at a fair price. We’ll definitely use them again.

Called at 8:59pm, because that’s about the only time my plumbing backs up. (Never backs up during normal working hours.) Diane answered the phone. Friendly, personable and very helpful. She got Ed out to our place within an hour — maximum. Frankly, I was too tired to notice the time, but I recall it was pretty fast. Regardless, he arrived in a very timely manner, and I was able to use my bathroom … and to start getting ready for bed around 10:20pm.
Overall, I appreciate their communication, especially Ed calling me when he was on his way, and he let me know the pricing for what I needed, including an «after-​hours fee.» I think the after-​hours fee is reasonable. I wouldn’t want to be going out past 9pm to snake a sewer line if I were him, so I get it.
I’d call them again, and I highly recommend.

Love this company. Woke up to a flood in my flowerbed this morning due to a leak in the water main. I called at 8am and Edward was at my house by 9am. Had it fixed by 10am. Very honest, good price, excellent work. I recommend them highly.

My first contact was with Diane. She was very nice and called her tech/​husband, Ed, out to my house. He was there within an house.
I had a bid from a ‘large chain plumbing company’ to fix my pipes… lots of tree root and build up. They showed me on the camera and said that they needed to replace some sections, jet it, snake it, and some other things. Looking at about $ 9500 (and that was the cheaper of the two options.) Ed came out and, for $ 250, put his camera down there and confirmed that YES I have a root problem, but there was no way it should be $ 9500.
He jetted the line and cleaned it out and then confirmed that no sections needed to be replaced. He will also be using a root killing foam solution to help too. He charged me less than 10% of what the other company bid me for. I am so thankful I called them for a second opinion!

This company was so amazing to work with!!! After having a hot water issue at our house for a couple months and other companies in to misdiagnose every time, rapid rooter came in diagnosed the problem and found the parts (that another company said were discontinued)!!! They were so accomodating to my tenants busy schedule and after a few visits… WOO HOO the problem is fixed and everyone is happy!!!
