Established in 2003.

In 1994, Yaser Amireh had a flood in his home. After a very poor experience with one of Fresno’s local fire restoration companies, he was inspired to leave a lucrative career in banking to create Fresno’s best flood, fire and water damage restoration company. A year later, his company, Aladdin’s, was quickly recognized by the community.

In 2003, Yaser was approached by ServiceMaster Clean, one of the country’s largest disaster and renovation companies, to help them deliver unparalleled service in Fresno, Madera and Merced Counties. Having already been certified by the Water Loss Institute and the IICRC in Fire and Smoke Restoration, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Textile Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, and Applied Structural Drying, Yaser saw this as a great opportunity. ServiceMaster Advanced Cleaning & Restoration was born soon thereafter and is now able to deliver exceptional service for homes and businesses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
