Went to the store on a Monday at 10:30. Closed. Not a holiday, no sign on the door explaining why they are closed during supposed business hours. I will try again at a later date, but I doubt they will be open then either.

Well its a good thing I didn’t rely on the guy who’s review said Sparky was Closed They Are NOT I went in and the 2 Gals there were very helpful. I got what I needed and then some Its like a Candy Store! I reccomend Sparky’s they will help you find what you need and if they don’t have it they will order it!

Seems Sparky Electronics has closed. I was calling 227‑2986.The hours listed are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. I am letting it ring 13 times then it asks me to PLEASE ENTER ACCESS CODE. I think Sparky Electronics has closed it’s business and their phone number has been reassigned. So if your looking for Sparky Electronics I think their business has closed.

I called in looking for a specific diode and she knew right away what I was looking for and was a great help. So much bigger selection for smaller parts than RadioShack and a way better price. Thanks Sparky’s Electronics!

I’m afraid my review has to echo what elle m. wrote previously. The no return /​no exchange policy is just not good, customer-​centered business practice. In my own specific case, I purchased an RJ45 tester but ended up needing not a tester but a toner. I came back the next day hoping I could do an exchange and was told I’d have to see the owner later this week (presumably because employees are forbidden to do exchanges).
2 stars for now. If I have luck later this week, will revise.

Radio Shack is a shadow of its former self. Need discrete electronics components beyond the usual resistor or audio jack? Forget it. Well, Sparky Electronics is here to save the day! I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of components in the store; now I don’t have to order online all the time! I will definitely be back.

Terrible!!! Went there to buy some speakers and was about to leave cause I wasn’t sure if they would work and they have signs posted no returns. The owner stopped me and reassurred me I absolutely could return them. So after 2 days I tried to return them and was told I would have to return when the accountant was in. I returned a total of 3 times and was told the same thing so I finally left my # and asked them to call me when she was in. I got a phone call saying I could no longer return them because it had been to long! They are a bunch of crooks and nasty to deal with!
