Couldn’t give the zero stars. Was not open during business hours. Wasn’t open at all, today.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My boss purchased two shirts for his wife from the store at Irvine Spectrum less than 10 days ago as a Christmas gift. One of the shirts was too small and the other didn’t fit right. The shirts were not on sale, have not been worn and still have the tags on them. When attempting to exchange the one shirt for the correct size and return the other for store credit this afternoon, the store said there was nothing they could do to help me without a receipt (even though I had the card used and proof of payment available via bank statement). They said that they would have exchanged the smaller shirt for the correct size; however, because they didn’t have it in stock, there was nothing they could do. Wow, really??? When I requested to speak with someone higher-​in-​command, they skyped the «owner», who sounded like an unprofessional 80’s valley girl. I was told that they had a meeting before the holidays saying they wouldn’t allow any exchanges or returns without a receipt, no exceptions. I could not believe how completely RUDE they were to me the whole time (a girl named Claire, and her «manager»). As I was leaving, I looked everywhere for a sign that indicated all purchases were final unless a receipt was provided… nope, not one thing to give customers a heads-​up on the hell that awaits them if they need to utilize customer service for any reason. It’s unbelievable that a place like this is in the same shopping center as a Nordstrom and Lululemon. They belong in a swap meet with the way they conduct their business.

I would love to shop at this store the clothes are very fashionable and affordable. The reason why I don’t is simply because they are so RUDE! With horrible customer service I don’t even think they know what that is. I hope that’s not the look they are going for. Everytime I go in I feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome.

If I could i wouldn’t even give this store a star, first of all every damn time I’ve gone I NEVER get greeted I don’t know who these girls think they are but they really need to learn how to treat people the way they should, I think they forgot that we the people that shop are the reason their snotty asses are getting paid. I was looking for a dress and asked if I could put it on hold while I looked else where for options, then I was told they don’t put items on hold then 5 minutes later another customer asked and they told her that they’d hold whatever she wanted, uh ok? Whatever I decided to buy the dress and 2 days later I took it back because I didn’t end up using it, so I walk in around 8:00 and NO one I mean NO employee greeted me I was there walking around for like 30 minutes and not once was asked if I needed help or a simple hello, the little girls were just chatting their night away staring me down, I found what I needed, then as I was exchanging items the girl held up the dress and says «is this even from here?» And I told her to walk to the back to find the same dress hanging on their rack, Like cmon you dumb bitch it only had the tag from your store on there, and the item on the fucken receipt talking about being fucken STUPID and IGNORANT, irritated me so much. I have never felt so disgusted by a store in my life, I forced myself to buy whatever I saw to just get the fuck out of there, I will never give any money towards this store ever again. I have tried multiple times to see how and if service changes but it seems like the same shitty place whenever I go back, fuck this store and fuck all their bitch employees!

I was never greeted by the employees and never got any help until I asked for it. Customer service is horrible and clothes are over priced, product qualities are bad. I don’t understand why the two employees are standing at the register and chatting when there are bunch of people waiting for their help. :(

Nicole was so helpful and nice! She helped me find a dress and went out of her way to find my size. I will definitely be coming back to this boutique. Thank you:)

The problem with this store is that not only is their stuff overpriced and nothing special, but their customer service is absolute trash. It’s like, if you don’t look like a manicured plastic bitch, they don’t really care to acknowledge you. This is the case at other locations as well so don’t think you’ll get a different experience at another store lol. Customer service is always key and I’ve noticed stores like this don’t understand that. Too bad though, the company (that obv doesn’t care about customer service that much) will drive away business. And instead of hiring the same well-​manicured girl who probably doesn’t understand how business works, why don’t you hire a smart, nice girl to pick up some business. The employees don’t all have to be stuck up, pretty airheads.

This used to be one of my favorite stores but it’s gone so downhill. Selections are terrible, all light skin tone type colors. Disappointed going in there now whereas I used to spend so much money here.

Customer service is key! They no nothing about it. I was ready to spend money here to spoil myself and my daughter. I went in on 5.17.15 at around 12−1pm and the two employees were just talking trash about another girl. We were never greeted. They were so snobby and acted like their shit didn’t stink. There is no way I’d spend my money anywhere like this. They do have nice outfits and I have spent money in this place before but this was the icing on the cake. They lost our money and us as customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Every single time I am in the store I am never greeted. Not once! Also almost every time I am in one of the sales associates is FaceTiming with lord knows who! Honestly the worst customer service I could ever experience. Who allows their sales associates to discuss numbers, and how the store is doing while there are customers in the store. It is so not appropriate to discuss how the day is going sales wise in front of customers. I went in to purchase things and walked out yet again so disappointed. Way to hire sorority girls Stella. i don’t know how you’re still in business.

Came in with my aunt to do some shopping and the girls working there were extremely rude and not at all helpful. Had to ask to get a dressing room and the gal acted like I was annoying her by asking for a dressing room. Ended up buying some cute clothes but they are cheaply made. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. I can buy the same clothes cheaper somewhere else.

I rarely shop at this store because year around all they carry are rompers, crop tops, and really short dresses which aren’t really practical in fresno. Today (1÷16÷15) I did go in to look for a birthday present for my cousin since she is a fan of their Southern California locations. When I asked the girl at the front desk (Dalilia) if I purchased a gift card here (riverpark location) if it could be used in a Southern California location she immediately said no in an extremely rude tone. Without even asking the manager or owner.
While looking around I wasn’t approached at all by her (even though she was only five feet away) to ask if I needed help.
I left without giving them business because it didn’t seem like they wanted any.

I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique. I was here shopping with my mother and sisters in law while visiting them from Portland, OR. I was expecting prices to be much higher. I was expecting the clothes to be more «trendy». I found some really awesome pieces that are super cute and wearable. They are stylish but not so trendy that they will be out of style in a month or two. The girl working there to be so helpful and nice, but not overly pushy.
I bought a really pretty statement necklace, a silky camisole backless top, and an open knit cardigan for less than $ 40. I had to stop myself from buying anymore, i had to be able to fit it in my suitcase to take home!
I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Fresno!

I went there yesterday after not finding anything at H&M. I expected the prices to be high but they were actually really reasonable! About the same as H&M and the quality of the stuff much better! I was greeted right away by a sales girl and she pit a cute outfit together for me. I LOVE when places do this! She got me new sizes when I needed it and was so very helpful. I will definitely be back to buy more. I got a cute pair of booties for less than $ 40! I really don’t understand the negative reviews on here I thought the service was superb! All the girls were super nice. You go Stella girls! :)

Stella in Riverpark is by far one of my FAVORITE boutiques. The girls are so helpful and always help me out when I need an opinion on an outfit. I always try things on and when I walk out to check it out in a full length mirror they always compliment me or if I need a different size they never hesitate to grab it for me. Such sweet girls. About 75% of my closet is from Stella and it has all lasted me such a long time, I’ll always continue to go here. Prices are great and the clothes are always up to date with the latest fashion!

First of all, this store is a JOKE. If you live in Fresno and if you know what Azkara is, I honestly think you can go to Azkara and get the same styles for less than what this place sells it for… or heck! Buy it online since they’re all from China anyway!
The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I cannot even express how bad it is! The girls working there all have bad attitudes. It seems like they are lacking some professionalism and management or corporate should really reconsider some of their employees! I’ve been there twice and the first experience was just as bad as my second visit! I feel as if because I am Asian, i’m given little attention. I guess I can say that if you are not white then you are not welcomed… that’s how they made me feel. The employees are RUDE. PERIOD. My little sister went to buy a wallet and one of the cashier had ring her up but was not welcomed with a smile… not even a «Hello», she just rudely said, «Oh, you are ready to pay?» She also did not inform my sister with her total and had my sister waiting! VERY RUDE. I’d give it a negative if I could.

Again this is a review for the business not towards anyone in particular. I don’t appreciate being called out on my experience there. Unless you were there I don’t think you need to speak for me and if you have any association with any of the Stella’s then I guess that explains a lot and is very unprofessional or maybe you got the sales associates on a good day. But reading the other reviews now it seems like they have more bad days than good.

My cousin recommended this place to me to find a dress for my (30^th) birthday. Because it’s a boutiquey type store I assumed it would be pricey, but it wasn’t. I found a cute, no, um, sexy, um nooo, SLUTTY dress for my 30^th for only $ 13!!! I spent more on my lunch than this dress?! Will I wear it ever again, um probably only to Vegas, but for $ 13 who cares!
Now the customer service. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews? I was greeted right away, asked if I needed a fitting room, asked what I was shopping for… I don’t know, maybe I just looked lost there, and the girls thought I needed help. I thought they were very friendly, and super pretty.
I would definitely suggest this place. Will you get great quality, probably not, but who’s looking for great quality when purchasing trendy clothes?

OMG… some of the employees here… I mean c’mon this is Fresno not Beverly Hills. Calm down.
My boyfriend had called to place an order to ship and the sales associate was really rude and didn’t want to help him. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere (
: pretty much same items sometimes for cheaper). Basically my only complaint here, the SAs act soooo rude. Learn some manners ladies, nobody likes an @sshole.
That being said the clothes are relatively inexpensive. Bought a few bottoms and tops for the price of a cardigan at Topshop in the bay area. It’s the only reason I keep coming back, because it obviously isn’t for the sub par customer service.

I really like this store! It’s kind of like a small boutique-​feel like shop in riverpark. The clothes in there are really cute and they have a lot of pale colors that I personally like! They have a lot of scarves in particular out of all of their accessories for only $ 15! I think it’s not that bad of a price considering I know many other stores with much more expensive prices!
They have a sale rack hidden in the back that can go pretty cheap! There were a lot of cute tight gold pants for only $ 10 and so you can imagine how much of a good deal their sale racks are!
Definately will come back for more of their scarves :)
