Steve’s Towing Service

I was in an accident and my insurance company sent out Steve’s Towing. I had to go home to wait for the tow to call. Then drove 20 mins to where my car needed to be towed and they were at a completely far away location when they said they were where I needed them, Drove home, customer service lady was so rude and couldn’t speak very good english. Couldn’t understand me. This went on for an hour back and forth. I drove back out after they said they were there (packing up my one year old each time) again no show. Keep claiming the address I gave was wrong. Then I go back home and then it happens a third time. My entire day was waiting for them to actually show up and take my car. Meanwhile they canceled my tow in between and I had to call my insurance again! Joke!

Update… Originally called and it was going to take an hour and ten minutes for them to arrive. Hour twenty minutes later still not here and in this day and age office couldn’t track or give me an ETA. Really sad.

Besides the language barrier with the lady on the phone she gets mad because we called to see how much longer it would take. Road side told us 20minutes that is why we called after almost an hour of waiting. After their rude customer service my husband put the phone on mute before hanging up and we can hear the lady talking about us in Spanish. We both understood what was said. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

We needed to get our van out of a tow yard and from the beginning these guys were great. I had to call 2 times and both times they were very patient and nice. They were able to get me a tow truck within 30 minutes, they gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. Hugo delivered my van right away and put it into my garage. I am very happy with their services and will definitely be referring them to friends and family.
