This store was founded upon the excitement of getting off unhealthy cigarettes as well as the love of vaping and innovation within the market. Which is why we do not offer replicas (Clones). While we understand it can be more affordable to purchase look-​a-​like products, and we do carry more affordable priced options that are not necessarily «Clones,» we support the hard work and time that is put into creating the higher quality devices and want to be a contributor and influence more of the same high end engineered/​pioneered product for us all. Same goes for our E-​Liquid selection, we only carry the highest quality TRULY «Premium liquid,» and that is worded for the fact that most e-​juices are easily being labeled «premium» these days. All this being said, we want your experience here to be the best and most knowledgeable so you can feel and rest assur

The shop has just changed ownership to Premier Vape. Along with a new owner it looks like the shop has gotten in some great juice and very helpful employees. Pedro was really helpful and they have a great selection of juice and equipment. They also offer great prices on juice!

Very nice looking shop. But like most of the other comments I have to agree the customer service is sub par at best. There was two customers and I was neglected for the 15 minutes I was in there. The vibe in there felt just awkward and like they didn’t want me in there at all. I couldn’t taste any juice out of the carto tanks they kept handing me and wouldn’t let me drip. Sadly bought a juice I thought I liked and instantly through it in the trash. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

I don’t agree with any of these previous posts about Sublime Vape. This has to be one of the sickest shops I have ever been too and the 2 workers in there were absolutely the nicest people I have met. I’m from out of town and they made me feel so welcomed when I went in there. Thank you Ryan for being nice and being patient while I tried your juices to find the one I wanted. I wish you the best. When it comes to vape pretty much anything I’m pretty new. I came into the shop with a Mechanical Mod i purchased from a friend. I came to the shop looking for some heating components and new juice. When I came in it was later in the day on my way home from work. There were two associates, and they made me feel as if I interrupted what they were doing and wanted to get me out of there as quick as possible. While they answered the questions I had and seemed very knowledgeable, the answers were really short and abrupt talking to me like I needed to leave. Ultimately they didn’t have what I needed but I purchased some juice anyway.
The reason I give 2 stars is because they definitely seem to know their stuff and had a decent selection of juices. However because of the customer service I will not go back there.

Used to be great. But has gone downhill fast. Not sure what happened to the old staff, but recently I’ve only encountered two particularly unhelpful and off-​putting employees. I used to be able to walk in, sit at the re-​build table and learn from the pros, can’t do that anymore and basic rebuilds are $ 5.

I recently came in to get a rebuild, took a while since the people working were busy with other customers which is fine. Thought I’d sample some juices while waiting. The guy helping me find a juice seemed really nice. However the guy that was rebuilding seemed too preoccupied with just getting me out of there, I told him what I wanted and I just wanted a rebuild, he responds five bucks. Initially I thought that seemed like a fair price, if it were not for his condescending attitude towards me. I’ve been here before and the same guy never seems to get a check on his attitude. I wanted a specific build too, and I asked him initially, but like I’ve said, he wants me to get out of there, fast. Their juice selection isn’t too bad I suppose. Picked up a bottle of the tropicali just for the cool guy helping me out. If you want to save yourself the trouble of dealing with half-​assed service along with good service, steer clear.

Every business starts and ends with customer service. What customer service?!! My husband went in to rebuild my igow. As they were rebuiling, my husband was checking out their mods. He picked one up on the display stand. and one of the employees had the nerve to tell my husband, «I suggest you put that down, that’s a $ 800 dollar mod» excuse me??? Do you know how much my husband carries in his wallet? Are you kidding me? Yes, there is always a chance of theft. But to come at a customer like that? What kind of person in their right mind would say anything like that? To a customer you know NOTHING about!

First time i ever went to a vape shop, my good friend Rotten Robbie sent me here. and to this day is my main store of choice. Everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to their products. I’ve tried other vape stores, but this is the only one that doesn’t want to rip me off. and i thank you guys immensely for the expert level of customer service.

Sublime is great, I haven’t been there in a long while because I don’t vape as often as I used to. But they were one of the first vape shops in the city of Fresno, ca and helped me get into vaping. They are OG and still kickin it here so I’m happy to see they are still in business

Bought a new mod and atomizer for $ 200 or so bucks. It broke two days later. I had to make the employee call the owner to get it replaced because he was unwilling to replace it for me. The owner agreed to replace it. I appreciate him replacing it but I won’t shop there again. I told him I’d post a Unilocal review.

Went in Monday the 24th around 730. I was looking for a tank two batteries and some juice. Sad to say all I got was a hi as I walked in. I went to the display cases and saw some nice stuff but after 8 – 10 min of looking and no help I went to the juice bar to at least get a new flavor. I stood there reading the menu twice over and not one of the (I think) 3 employees said a word to me. They were busy chatting with each other an their friends about where they were going to eat. Two new customers walked in an they were asked if they needed a battery ect… After 10 – 15 min I just walked out. Now I’ll have to spend my 100 bucks or so tomorrow at another store. Maybe I should have came during the day seems like you get the best service from the owners. Sorry we couldn’t do buisness. To bad its a nice store.

Amazing selection of high end mods, drip tips and everything else you’ll need to experience vaping on a whole new level. I was very impressed by the staff and all they were willing to help me on finding my new rebuildable atomizer. The juice bar was also impressive. Not at many juices as Elite Vapor has on hand but this is my new found go to place for my mods and equipment. Happy Vaping people!
