Surf Thru Express Car Wash

Ive been coming here since it opened, i will say its no Jacks or Red Carpet but for the price and a little elbow grease its totally worth the price. The last time i went my truck came out with a pretty significant dent on my hood, after noticing i went back and I COULD NOT ask for a more professional team here. They worked with me, reviewed their video and saw when i happened gave me a call the next day and within a week my truck was being fixed. BIg THANK YOU to Jose. I will be back, this time ill just give a friendly reminder to turn off the top brush.

This location is fantastic. They have the nicest employees and they have fantastic customer service. After every wash I have an employee come check on my car to see if the wash was satisfactory! That to me is what matters. This location is by no means near me but I will drive the distance to get the great customer service that I get every time!

The manager and the people at this car wash went over and above .When I expressed I was unhappy with my wash, they took a brush to certain areas and had me run it through again. I had complained that it has been raining for most of the month that I had my passport and they gave me a free wash. Another day one of the gentleman came out to my car and took the pitch off of several spots on my hood that the car wash would not get off. The manager came out and made sure I was happy. The girl at the drive thru had alerted the manager who had come out and sent a young man out to spot clean my car. There are still some mom and pop places out there that give exemplary service and this is an example of that. I will not go anywhere else. Because of this little kindness.

This car wash is great and apparently eco friendly too with its watersaver car wash feature; Yes its not the best Surf Thru Location (unlike the West Shaw in Clovis location) because the car wash machine here doesn’t get all the spots (about 95%) and doesn’t dry’s the car perfectly (about 95%), nevertheless this chain of car wash with 4 location in Fresno/​Clovis is still the best place to get your car cleaned and that includes this location.
For the price of $ 6 for express $ 8 for epic and $ 12 for ultimate, the car wash is so affordable and feels really modern and high tech, with the added value of free amenities such as high suction vacuum cleaners and air blowers, plus free trash bags and newspaper (the fresno bee). They also have a vending machine here to get car amenities that accepts cash and credit.
They have 3 lanes as you get into the car wash to pay, the first lane is where you meet a friendly human to pay for your selected car wash and make car essential purchases, the next line is for self service where a kiosk machine will help you purchase a car wash, and the last lane is for members only– membership feels like a VIP.
The car wash itself is a self moving tunnel, where you dont have to do anything accept for sit in your car and enjoy the ride. For this visit I just did the express, so I didn’t get the colorful bubbles, but that’s ok.
The result of the car wash was a 95% spot free car with small little tough stains that was not removes, but that’s ok, I don’t expect perfect because my expectations aren’t crazy when I go through a car wash, I just expect clean and sparkly look. I used the vacuums cleaner and it sucked all my dust and crumbs away, really got every little particulate in my car. Also I used the super blower to get rid of the water spots, and it did the job so well.
The whole exterior was also very clean and properly maintained. I would definitely be back to try their ultimate wash next time, maybe it would be perfect.

This car wash has become worse since it has been open. Do not take your car through this car wash because it will chip your car paint and leave black marks all over your car. I purchased the basic car wash and went to use the free vacuum station. When I got out of my car I noticed all these chip marks and black scrapes all over my car that were not there before. I brought the «shift supervisor» (Manager was not there) over to let them know that all the chip marks and black scrapes all over my car came from the car wash. His reaction was to laugh in my face and told me his car wash would never do that. He goes to his office and brings back a piece of rubber that is supposedly used to clean the car as it goes through the wash. Why on earth would you have this piece of rubber handy to show customers if this situation doesn’t occur often.
He ends up writing an incident report but at first didn’t want to give me a copy. He asked why would I need a copy!!! I explained to him that I might need it for insurance purposes and again he laughed at me. He said he is going to look at their cameras to see if I had any marks before I came to the car wash.
A week later they called me and stated they are not going to do anything about the chips and scrapes on my car. They said based off the camera they have they can tell their car wash didn’t make any damages to my car. I don’t know how they can see on their cameras with no zoom if the wash made damages to my car or not.
This place has terrible customer service and doesn’t care if you come back. My friend has also gone to this car wash and said it has also left black scrapes on the same area on the passenger side door. Please think twice before going to this car wash!

Bad, bad, bad! How long does it take to get it right? Once again, paid for ultimate and don’t know what I got! None of the extras I paid for, that’s for sure! The girl at the cashier has 8 cars in line and can’t seem to get it people moving! Last Sunday I waited 15 minutes in line, with three cars in line! They take forever in line and then stack the cars in the wash 4 inches apart! So you make me wait forever and they make me feel like you are in a rush? Bad customer service! Complained to two people and they just stared at me! Ridiculous! Been coming here since the day they opened, and they just can’t get it right. Brain surgery? Not even close.

My car wash place. I pay $ 19.99/month for unlimited washes for the Elite package (blue). Signed up about 9 months ago. I believe it is totally worth the $. I get everything except for the tire shine at the end and no air fresheners. I love that they offer the daily newspaper and small bags before you enter. Awesome and friendly staff all around. Always more than enough vacuums to go around.
When they’re slow, the workers offer to help dry your car. One time I got a manual tire shine at no charge by one of the fellas. It was super hot that day so I offered to tip.
Staff always asks how your wash was. I just wish they wouldn’t «interrupt» while I am vacuuming. Hit my head once when tried to get my attention: p

very good customer service. the car wash itself is thorough and reasonably priced. they always have deals going on and they give you the option of being notified by text. there are plenty of vacuums that you can use free of charge, and they are plenty strong.

I was very impressed with the customer service and how well my car was taken care of. Today I got a flat tire. One of the staff members, Andrew was courteous enough to help me out with it. I will be coming here for all my future car washes.

Great washes to choose from $ 6-​$ 12 with free vacuuming. Staff here is friendly and very helpful. The monthly wash plans are also a good deal, saves a lot of money for unlimited washes.

The express car wash is great (lowest level car wash). The only problem is that I presented the cashier with a coupon for a free ultimate car wash (the top level car wash), received a receipt for the ultimate car wash… and then noticed while going through the wash that several of the ultimate features did not activate. At the end of the wash, the lovely green light next to #4 lit up, telling me I had just received an Express level car wash.
If I weren’t already late for my evening plans, and if I hadn’t paid nothing for the wash, I would have driven around and informed the cashier of the mistake. But seriously… what’s the point in trying to get customers to try your car wash by offering them the ultimate package only to mess up and give them the cheapest package you have?
I came here because of the coupon – this was Surf Thru’s chance to do it right and make me a fan. The wash itself was fine, but there’s no way I’d order anything more than the cheapest wash, because if they ended up giving me the Express and I actually paid for more, I’d be a very unhappy camper. As they say, time is money, and I usually don’t have time to go back and correct other people’s mistakes. I’d rather drive a dirty car… or go somewhere else where I’m more likely to be given the service that I paid for (or they offered me).
