Here’s the reason I’m giving this place 2 stars:
I came to this surf thru to wash and clean my car.
Upon arriving there was a lot of cars in line and there were two workers.
The service isn’t the best, but I always give people and places second tries only I was very disappointed in my last visit.
A rude guy attended me that day. Not only was he rushing me but when I asked for my FREE air fresher he said, «oh those are a dollar now.»
Seriously, a dollar??? THEY’RE free -.-
I know they’re a dollar when you take your coupon, but I was barely paying my 12 $ car wash.
(If the same guy tries to sell you one DON’T buy it, those are supposed to be handed out for free)
The only reason I gave it two stars was because there’s a girl that has much better service and she actually gave me my free air freshener, trash bag, and dash wipe.
Other than that I would rate this place 1 star.

Love the crew here. favorite place to take the car to get all nice and cleaned. They always offer to let me go through twice if I wanted. and this time it was needed. it’s so worth the trip coming from Woodward park area.

Hands down the best place to wash your car in town! I buy the monthly pass which allows me to wash my car as many times as I want in the month! My car comes out looking shiny and beautiful almost every time. The one time it didn’t the manager personally came over with a towel and some wax and then sent me back through the wash a 2nd time. A great quality wash at affordable prices! If that weren’t enough wait til you’re greeted with the friendliness and helpfulness of not only the manager but every single employee at this location! I’m always greeted with a smile and amazing customer service every time! These guys really go above and beyond for their customers! Good job guys! Keep up the good work! Customer for life!

I love this place! For $ 6 you get a wash, vacuum and armor cloths or newspaper. Another thing I love is the service. While vacuuming the employees will come out and check on you to see if u need any assistance. Theres never a long wait even if u go on a Sunday afternoon which is usually when i go. I recommend getting the monthly unlimited pass which is like $ 20. If you need to go thru again, which I’ve never had to do, you may do so at no extra cost.

I got the ultimate package for my truck and was happy with the price and quality of service. I was able to transfer service to my car without any problems. The staff is friendly and they’re always willing to rewash if you’re unhappy. Recently when I was giving my car a thorough cleaning I observed staff routinely checking on customers to ensure everything was up to their expectations. The wash is open from 7 AM to 9 PM during summer hours which makes it easy to sneak in a quick visit even during a busy day.

Surf thru is right around the corner from my house. I recommend it to anyone who wants a fast and inexpensive wash. The vacuum and cleaning accessories are convenient, but they need to stay on top of making sure that everything is working at full suction power. Sometimes I have to switch spots to find one working at full power. Also, please note that the price of the basic wash has increased from $ 5 to $ 6.

Not very professional. Left dents on the roof of my new car. The manager ANDREW told my fiancé and I to get 3 estimates. So we did. I’m guessing he didn’t like the price. But he backed up and said we can take it to court or insurance. So. If you see reviews. Just know. Its a shady business. They do not care for their customers. And you go at your own risk. Save yourself the headaches. I’d give a big fat zero if I could. Business run by shady people. And they will not give me Corporate number.

Left dents all over the roof of my car! I use to love this place until I realized the drying cycle was making craters in the roof! As I go through it I hear the top of my car popping in and out, told the management and they tried to argue with me that it was there already, not possible and proof is in the sound of the air popping the car roof of my ’09 malibu. 0 stars for the crappy management and damages.

Like others, I worry about the power of the dryers. The hood on my car flexes alot when going under the dryers. After hearing about some of the scratch problems here, I think I’ll stick to sending my wife’s crappy older car through and do my newer one by hand.

I have been through here a few times. Never had much of a problem. It isn’t a busy wash so you don’t feel rushed at the vacuums. Overall, it is OK for a quick drive through wash. Some of the employees don’t seem to be too happy to be at work, but I can’t really blame them for that.

I bought a used car off craigslist, which was FILTHY inside & out. My friend who is a regular @ Surf Thru, suggested I try the $ 5 deal & I’m so glad I did! It was quick & affordable. Plus the staff was very accommodating. Keep up the great work Surf Thru Express Carwash! In fact, I am on my way there now…

My mom and I thought we would give this fairly new car wash a shot since we usually use RedCarpet. We drive a white Honda accord and coming out of the car wash we noticed that the rainbow soap stained the whole side of the car! Scared and upset we talked to the «leader» johnathan who was very helpful and was able to get the soap stain off after waxing our car. I would’ve given it a 1 star but since johnathan was helpful I’ll give it a two. We still wrote a claim just incase the stain reappeared. And I highly doubt we will be coming back!

This Surf Thru is near my house. Really have no complaints… the efficiency, price, and customer service has always been great. My wife and I use them pretty regularly. If it’s got a thick layer of dust, it won’t get your car totally clean in the crevices. However, one time the cashier told me, «Since your car is really dirty, you can drive through again after it’s done and get a second wash for free.» I didn’t take them up on it, but they do seem friendly and accommodating like that.
Update: I bought a nicer vehicle last year, and have taken it through a few times. I’d do it more often, but the blowers at the end are so powerful, I’m always afraid they’re going to damage my hood. Hasn’t happened yet, and probably wouldn’t, but this is my baby…

The best customer service I’ve ever seen at a car wash. Plus they have great prices considering just how good their service and friendly staff truly is! It really makes driving to Fresno a pleasure since I can look forward to a stop at Surf Thru! I wish they’d build one in Los Angeles!
