I don’t usually post on Unilocal but I was pretty upset with this place. At first they were very responsive to phone calls and email about fixing my iPhone 5 screen and camera. Price was great and I felt satisfied.
Then, about 2 months after my repair, I put my phone on a table and the screen cracked. I tried calling multiple times to see if they would fix again for a discounted price, tried emailing multiple times and suddenly no responses to anything. Pretty disappointing because they really gave me a good impression at first.

If you have a problem with your phone or computer, this is the place to go. The workers here are awesome and knowledgeable, so much that they knew that the reason why my headphones would not work on my laptop was because the jack had three rings and not simply two. Jeremiah went above and beyond to make sure that he explored every option for what else was wrong with my computer. And I also had my phone screen fixed and battery replaced on my phone in under 30 minutes. Bottom line, I will return time and time again if I need their help.

My organization’s ‘WD My Cloud’ (secured personal cloud) finally kicked the bucket and after contacting the manufacturer I was told two things: 1) The data probably couldn’t be recovered, and 2) It would cost over $ 1,000.00 to attempt data recovery even if nothing was recovered.
I was floored, so I tried contacting local data recovery specialists to see how much it would cost and if they thought they could work on it. Many of the local businesses I called said they weren’t sure if they could recover the data and most of them would charge over $ 250.00 to even try.
Finally, I contacted Teknode and spoke to Jeremiah who was eager to recover the data. The best news was that it would only cost $ 69.00! And, if he was unsuccessful, they wouldn’t even charge me a dime. I took it in and just two days later I was told that they were able to recover ALL of my organization’s data. They even reassembled the unit, per the manufacturer’s request.
I’m very satisfied with the outcome and friendly service. I would highly recommend Teknode if you need data recovery.

I went here last week after going to another place that was slightly less expensive but when I got there two people were ahead of me and both had complaints. So I left and called these guys and they were honest and upfront with their prices. They checked out my daughters iPhone 5c completely before fixing the screen and it was done in about 45 minutes. Phone is good as new. No problems. I used my check in offer and got $ 5 off. I would recommend them. They’re fast and professional.

I had a cooling fan that wasn’t working on my laptop so my laptop itself would not work. We took it in and they spent 5 minutes cleaning it out and it worked perfectly! He also explained how to clean it myself if it happened again, but if that didn’t work to go ahead and come back in. I will definitely be back for any issues phones or computers in the future.

Holy cannoli! 10 minutes in and out with fixed iPhone 5c glass and LCD at super reasonable price. Asked for tempered glass and since they didn’t have it in stock, offered to have me bring the phone back with receipt and have it installed for $ 10. Awesome customer service! Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with a water damaged MacBook Pro — left a bottle of water in my purse along with my MacBook and discovered it dripping wet a couple hours later.
Found them on Groupon and Facebook — they are open on Saturdays so I picked them over another place!
They told me I just had to replace my screen and they cleaned up some minor water damage on my laptop. I should be getting it back today! Fingers crossed! Happy about the fast response whenever I ask!

I came in on a Tuesday night and was helped right away. I had called earlier to ask if they had any iPhone 5 batteries and to my surprise they had one in stock for only $ 25. I get there and I find out that’s with the cost of installation too! They even let me know some other things wrong with my phone and explained what happened and happily fixed them. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone with technology problems.
