We decided to remove our lawn in favor of artificial turf through Home Depot on June 18^th with the installment of turf due July 18^th. Because of scheduling problems, we verbally agreed to change the date to August 10^th. As the time came closer to the installment, I called to confirm the date. After multiple phone calls to the contractor, it became evident he left the planet. Then on Sunday, August 9^th, I received a call from David from Tru Turf offering to do our installation the next day. After obtaining the information I needed about David’s offer, I agreed. Because of the screw up, I asked about getting a discount for «my pain and suffering» which he agreed to.
The crew show up as promised at 10:15am on Monday. The crew leader, Brian, was informative, polite, and did an amazing job. My meticulous husband observed the process and felt these guys were a great crew. Everyone I had contact with made the entire process painless. A A A A A PLUS.

The guys from Tru Turf, Inc are still here installing the turf. Don’t know and haven’t met the owner or other management due to Home Depot having to change the plan mid-stream, but I just wanted to KUDOS the Worker Bees on this project so far. Brian, the Foreman, and his crew have been nothing but awesome. Respectful and polite, a little language but that’s what happens during construction, worked their tails off in the heat with no complaints, and are doing what they said they would do. Will report later after the job is done and extend my compliments on toward the owner after final inspection. To the Owner: Thank you for making this happen, not withstanding the previous problem with that other company. :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had Tru Turf install our backyard May 2015. Doug our salesman was terrific. Installation went well except for a broken pool line which was fixed. The problems all came after installation. Tru Turf ran drip line and capped our sprinklers which is common. Unfortunately after installation we found out that nothing works. 10 phone calls /7 weeks has resulted in 1 visit which was unable to fix the sprinklers! Now I am unable to even get a return phone call. I’ve been very nice so that’s not the problem. I now have to have someone else fix the sprinklers at additional expense. I have been more than patient but have been unable to get this resolved. Also many family members who are looking for installation as well as we have additional yard will now not use Tru Turf.

I saw them at the Fresno home and garden show but the guy was to busy to talk to us so we grabbed the brochure. I typed in the web address that was on the brochure and that sent mt to a viral website. When I clicked on the link on Unilocal,it indicated that the site doesn’t exist. So much for using this company.
