Dr. Nguyen was very nice and performed a thorough exam that was more comprehensive than any I’ve ever had; however, I can’t give 5 stars because I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment and then had to go through another 45 minutes to compete my exam. Who has time for that? Also, he does try to upsell you on a variety of services that aren’t essential.
