History
Established in 2013.
It all started when we opened our first Toronto location in 2001, we set on a journey to find out how parents think about learning music. We discovered a niche: there were either large schools that offer all ages, grades, styles, and instruments in small little rooms, or independent piano teachers like «Mrs. Milner» down the street.
Parents have been down this road too many times — taking traditional lessons and forcing their kids to practice, or being turned down by their «Mrs. Milner» because their child was deemed «too young to learn music». Other times, a child started too early in the wrong thing and ended up quitting because the approach just was not right for them.
Children are our role models. They are curious, creative, and imaginative
They embrace discovery and wonder. These are precious qualities that should be nurtured and stimulated throughout their lives. At 7 Notes, we are firm believers that children learn best when they learn naturally while having fun!
