Amazing Lash Studio

Like other NEGATIVE reviews, we had a very POOR experience at AMAZING LASH Frisco. This was our third trip to the salon only because the lashes kept falling off because they were not done correctly the first two times. Having had good success at another lash salon, we came to Amazing Lash because it was closer to my home. Of course they tried to blame the problem on the previous salon seen four trips ago. I can promise you they tell you one thing and deliver something different. Have you heard the customer is always right? No, not the case here! Never was told they have SENIOR TECHNICIANS! That means the other two trips were done by someone not as qualified… a NON SENIOR TECHNICIAN! We left with no new lashes at all and will never return. Read other NEGATIVE reviews and you will see the lashes don’t always last and you will not know the abilities of the person working on you. The manager did a very poor job in taking care of the situation. The manager was argumentative and failed to solve the problem. You have many choices so spend your money elsewhere. Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with them before reading it first. We did not sign a contract but for those that do you are locked in for a year. If they do a poor job you still have to pay.

I am in the customer service industry and rarely post.
Disorganized. I personally walked in to make an appt and gave my credit card to «hold» my spot. Didn’t think about it until now but 1-didn’t get a card with my appt
2– no call reminder or voicemail
I was an hour late because of communication problems, was NOT seen and my credit card charge. Lady up front was NOT receptive.

Love this place! Well priced and everyone is so nice! Demi is my girl! I don’t do well with people poking around my eyes but she’s very gentle and makes me feel safe, wouldn’t want anyone else to make my eyelashes beautiful!

I’ve been to four different AL locations in Texas and California and this is my favorite studio.
I’ve been to Danielle three times and my natural lashes are stronger than when I first started and my extensions last longer. Danielle is professional, incredibly talented and has excellent customer service. The glue never burns my eyes and I don’t have a lot of fall out that first day like I have had from other places.
Don’t have any reservations about going!

I’ve had several people do my lashes, and Danielle at the Frisco location is my favorite by far. In other places, I’ve been tense and nervous throughout the whole process, but Danielle makes me feel relaxed and pampered. Any my lashes look great! I trust her instincts on length and style. Love her!

I have had Tennia and Michelle and both them did an absolute amazing job on my lashes! When you walk in your greeted with a smile and great customer service! Their prices are the best that I have found for lashes and I love all the pink and white! I almost fell asleep to how relaxing it is to get lashes out on! I think I found my new favorite thing to do!

I had a great experience here! The ambiance is very relaxing. Tennia was my technician and she was AWESOME very nice, professional and fast! I was told it would take 2 hours and she had me out the door 35 minutes early. My lashes have never looked so stunning. I will definitely be back.

Great service! This was my very first experience at this studio! Excellent service and very clean studio. Very informative. They explain their process from start to finish. Very friendly staff. The process took about an hour and a half. The end result was great. At the end of the process, my tech provided me with products that are designed to help achieve a longer wear time. A+. I definitely would recommend this studio for your eyelash services!

Today was my friend and I’s first lash extension experience and we had no idea what to expect. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how pristine and clean the studio looked! There were two kind girls at the reception desk who graciously offered my friend and I to have a seat and gave us brochures as they explained to us what we were to do next! They helped us both decide on what style of lashes we should get and in a matter of minutes, I was called up to get my extensions on!
My lash technician was Jasmine! One thing that impressed me was the amount of thought that has been put into making the customers comfortable! It was pretty cold in the room, so Jasmine offered me a blanket!!! As she began to apply my lash extensions, we talked about whatever we girls talk about and soon enough, in my cozy blanket, I began to doze off to the super relaxing music playing in the background. A technician or receptionist would occasionally open the door to check on me, which showcased how much they care about their client’s satisfaction! When Jasmine was done, I left the room and the other employees gave me a bunch of «Oooohs and Ahhhhs.» I took a look in the mirror and fell IN LOVE with it!
All in all, my experience with Amazing Lash Studio was an 11 out of 10. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!

This has been an amazing experience for me at this studio! As soon as I stepped into this studio I felt so welcomed and the ladies up front looked happy. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly on choosing the right style and kind of lashes as well as which glue to use since I have thin lashes and sensitivity to glue. I have always been allergic to the regular and sensitive glue anywhere I went but not this time! I woke up this morning with no puffy eyes and I couldn’t believe it! Mia was great at suggesting that we use the regular glue and placing the lashes a little further away from the base of the real lashes to start out and if that didn’t work then she had another plan. Loved that she was so professional, accommodating, and efficient!
