My mom told me if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say it at all but with this company I just can’t help myself.
In my opinion they completely bungled a transfer of insurance and left me uninsured for months.
I would never recommend them. Admittedly I don’t know my way around the insurance industry but that is why one uses an agent. They are the guides and facilitators and in this respect this company failed horribly.
I would stay far away and if for some reason are working with them, make sure to have everything documented in writing because these people don’t do what they say they are going to do.
