Back in February I scheduled service and was given a date and time window between 2−4pm. I scheduled my day around that appointment so when nobody had showed up or called by 4:20, I left for a meeting. While I was in my meeting, Jordan left a message and said he was on his way. He called at 4:30. I didn’t hear his message until after 6. I never heard anything else until just last week when I got a message from Jennifer who said my next service date was approaching. I called her back, she was very friendly, and explained the situation and that we would not be using them for service. I saw on the previous reviews that most seem pleased with them but I thought I would offer my personal experience as a contrast. Wish they would have worked out for us too but you can’t win them all. Good luck!

My mom used them a week ago and loved the service so we called them as well to come and spray near the pool for lil red bugs.
They came on the same day and did the work for a very good price and the bugs are gone!

Highly recommend Bug Commander! We moved into a new house that had a bit of a bug problem. I found Bug Commander on Unilocal and gave them a call. Jordan came out on a weekend to spray the house and we haven’t had any bug issues since. Super nice guy and very professional!

Just moved to the area and found a slight/​moderate pest problem at our home in Frisco. Called Bug Commander on a Sunday based on online reviews. First thing Monday morning we received a call back and the company came out by the end of the day and did a complete inspection, installed the right equipment and made very good recommendations on how to maintain a pest-​free home. Very professional, timely, thorough and personable. Can’t recommend a company more highly than this! How refreshing to find such a reliable company for basic home maintenance needs.

We have been using Bug Commander for a full year now. Jordan is very courteous and is able to apply treatments that are safe to dogs and cats. We also used to have a squirrel problem in the attic that has since been fixed because of him. My wife and I are happy to support this veteran owned and operated business.
