Caveat: I didn’t order anything to eat here, and only ordered a few root beers. Fact: They charge $ 1.79 for a medium root beer. Theory: They must be instructed to fill the cup with ice because the girl at the counter scooped the ice into the cup all the way up to the lid. Hypothesis: If I ask for my drink with very little ice, will they«punish» me by shorting me the four or five ounces that would’ve been displaced by ice. Proof: See accompanying photo. Conclusion: Pretty sneaky, sis.

I got the small philly cheese steak with small fries and a drink. Price came out to almost $ 10. This price is rediculous considering the amount of food that is givin. They should’ve called this the philly cheese vegetables with a smidgen of meat. There was hardly any«steak» in the sandwich. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere since they seem to skimp out on the main ingredients.

This place was really good. So many fast food places pre-cook their food to the point that I am sick of it. But they fresh cooked my chicken sandwich and it was great. Everything at the mall is a little pricey, but they had a special on their chicken cheese sandwich. It was good.

We went here today for lunch and after spilling my fries the Philly cheessteaks are really good. Next time I will only get the sandwich and not the combo because I couldn’t finish everything.

I had the small philly Cheesesteak. It was pretty tasty for quick mall food while shopping and filling. I gave it 3 stars because ultimately its still fast food and not healthy. I still recommend it though.

Normally I love this place, and I’m not here to complain about the food. I’m here to complain about the service. Being in the food industry as a waitress I understand bad days but never have I been so turned away but anyone-and I’ve never complained to the person before until now. He was in a bad mood the entire time and I presented a coupon that is buy 7 subs get the 8th free. Now I had 6 stamped and bought 2 today so logically the 2nd of the subs should have been free. Not today it seemed. I wouldn’t have complained much except I’m on a tight budget for clothes and spending $ 20 on food today when I could have spent $ 10 was a big deal. After being rude while taking the order I showed him the stamps and he stamped two of them saying the next would be free. But I asked him if I could use it today and he wouldn’t let me redeem it and kept repeating to me as if I was stupid and didn’t understand that the next was free(as if doing me a favor). I was kinda upset but then he was rude the rest of time while I waited in line… I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal to just use it today but I guess it was. I’ve never been so upset to not eat because of rude service before… To top it off he was in gray and I’ve seen him there before-pretty sure he’s a manager or something of the kind. Never ever coming back now which is sad since I was a regular and loved the place. Foods still good but as a waitress I understand the importance of not only good food but good service. Maybe you’ll have better service.

Their chicken Philly is my go-to. The cheese is all ooey-gooey, melty, delicious goodness. I typically get it with grilled onions & bell peppers, mayo, plus jalapeños…topped with tomato & lettuce. Wooooooo weeeee. I’ve never ordered it, but I imagine this would be even better with double meat. This is a good fast food sandwich. I think about it each time I’m in the mall. Try it :)

This is a surprisingly good place for a mall food court, and it’s a standout in the otherwise questionable food court of Stonebriar Mall(they really need some upgrades). I was in full«who cares about the diet» mode(apparently) when I ordered here, because I ended up with the cheddar, bacon and ranch fries and a Philly steak deluxe sandwich. The fries were still a little soft but definitely cooked, and the toppings were pretty generous, so the presentation was a bit messy but the taste was quite good, again, in a «I need more Lipitor» kind of way. The sandwich had a good meat to bread ratio, and the onions and peppers were plentiful, although I’ve had veggies with more flavor. Still, envelope it all in that provalone, and it was a pretty good sandwich overall. Again, like most mall food, not destination dining, but still a passable lunch if you have about, oh, 100 Weight Watcher points to spare.

Great Philly cheese steaks! I’ve had the real thing in Philadelphia many times. Charley’s delivers on the fast-food version. Soft but crusty bread served hot and fresh. Steak grilled right in front of you with peppers, onions, and mushrooms as you like. Provolone melted on top. I added jalapeños and Italian dressing to mine. Man, super tasty. Skip the cheese fries since it’s merely the«cheese sauce» variety. But the regular fries are adequate. They have a few other items on the menu(my wife likes the turkey), but be sure to try the Philly cheese steak on your first visit.
