Our mission was to fill a need that most small and growing businesses had. Quality staff for an affordable price. Coming from a sales background, the owner, wanted to share her ability to effectively communicate with customers by not just picking up the phone and taking a message… but, explaining products and services and SELLING on behalf of her clients. This evolved into our unique team structure and we’ve been providing exceptional service to thousands of businesses since then.

Dedicated Office Solutions was founded with the goal to provide cost effective solutions to growing businesses. People are the most valuable commodity to a business, and she wanted to provide businesses with top notch customer service and sales support for a fraction of the cost of hiring staff. To reduce operating expenses and increase revenues is a recipe for success in any business.
Prior to opening Dedicated Office Solutions, Adi was a top sales person, manager, owner, and instructor in a large Martial Arts organization on the East Coast. She would be sent to locations that were not performing well, and within a month have their numbers up. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals, and does just that with small business owners through Dedicated Office Solutions.
