Dental Care of Frisco

I’m a big fan of Dr. Grant and his entire staff! When he took over this practice, I had received a subpar root canal and was in a lot of pain. He got me referred to the right place to correct this immediately. I now see Dr. Grant regularly for my cleanings and dental services, and I’m always happy with the results. His staff is polite, professional and accomplished. I would recommend him to friends and family alike, and will continue to use his practice.

Decided to give this place a try based on Unilocal reviews. Yes I have to agree that it is very nicely decorated. But I wish I can give more stars because of the décor. The customer service was pretty standard. No one was mean to me. The biggest problem I have with this practice is the fact that I didn’t know I had to request a room where there is gas available. I just moved to Frisco and had to find a new dentist. But I have been to others before. I never been to a place where there is only 2 rooms with gas available. I am (unfortunately) extremely sensitive and have very bad nerves doing anything at the dentist. So at all the dental appointments I usually get the gas to relax me and to help with pain. Anyway– long story short. I couldn’t get gas because the room was already booked, not knowing I had to ask for that special room ahead of time. I ended up getting painful injections in my mouth to get it numb :(it was painful and It didn’t make the visit any better. I also had to pay extra $$ for the shots since I wasn’t able to get the gas. Even though the doctor told me yes the gas would be better… To top it off… I had somewhere to be after my visit. So my mouth was numb and I really couldn’t talk for hours after. Drooling at the mouth in public didn’t make my day better at all.

My family loves going to this dentist! That is the best complement I can give cause that should say it all!

Dr. Grant and staff are amazing. From the time a patient steps into the office, everyone is efficient, and friendly, and the entire staff works together to make the patient’s experience a positive one. Dr. Grant, who is phenomenal, gave me a treatment plan and I was able to make all the decisions as to when I wanted to complete my dental work. There is no pressure. This is the best dentist and dental staff I have ever been to in the Dallas area.

First visit/​cleaning appointment with Dr. Grant and his staff was great. Very nice, modern, state of the art office; very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable staff, and Dr. Grant is awesome. I had moved from another corporate/​chain dental practice, and appreciate Dr. Grant’s private practice set up. Highly recommend!

You get to watch TV while you are having your teeth cleaned. Bekah was awesome and my teeth feel super clean! Dr. Grant was awesome, he gave his recommendation and advice. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.

There are not enough great things to say about the staff! They are so amazingly kind and gentle. They work with whatever situation you bring them. My kids enjoy their visits and being a patient has always been pleasant. Highly recommend!!!

I just moved to TX not long ago and was not much impressed by my new Dentist in Frisco (although he and his staff were super nice and pleasant to work with). I did not feel much «thoroughness» with the Dr.
I decided to try Dr. Grant for my second checkup, but did not expect much. I was more tempted to get a free electric tooth brush. My experience with Dr. Grant and staff was so great that I decided to get my fillings and crown done by Dr. Grant on the same week. It has been two weeks since the operation. Everything went well during the operation, but I wanted to give it some time. Now I can tell all my teeth are in great shape and would like to recommend new comers to see Dr. Grant for dental service.
They are also very straightforward with giving estimates in advance so that you know what to expect. The hygienist is very good at what she does and she does take time in what she does. She even expanded her answers upon my questions.

I went today for the first time and had a great visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and kept me at ease. The entire visit was very organized and the costs of service were communicated up front so there were no surprises. Bechan, the hygienist, was gentle throughout the cleaning and very caring. Dr. Grant was very friendly and very approachable. The front office is fantastic as well, seemed really organized and there was very little waiting. I highly recommend this dentist all the way around. Super job!

Dr. Grant is the most honest Dentist who does some great work, the hygienist is super, she really cares about making your teeth healthy and beautiful — I didn’t even need any numbing drugs she was so good, the assistant was fun, pleasant, and has a great «bedside manner». The front desk girl who set me up with my appointment made sure to keep her promise by getting all my request done that day and not have to return. Everyone helped each other just like a great team should!!!
They are professional, HONEST, and very fun! As long as they stay honest I will happily go back with excitement knowing I don’t have to feel the dread of thinking, «is he going to lie about some cavity or procedure» «Is it going to cost me more than what it should when I walk out the door.» etc etc etc.
I was told I had six cavities by another area dental office lying scum bag BUT Dr. Grant said, «they were stains not cavities» which my intuition told me I didn’t have that many cavities. Dr. Grant is KING Dr. Grant in my book!!!
He also gave me some other advice while complimenting another Dentist’s work that was done on me years ago. I think that is nice that he didn’t charge me for something he could have very easily changed but the more lovely part was that he also went the extra mile in saying something nice about another person’s dental work.
Whoever works with Dr. Grant and his lovely staff is super lucky, whoever gets to be in his personal life is super blessed. Same goes for the lovely ladies working in this office — they all deserve wonderful blessing in their lives. Both personally and professionally because they are honest, caring, and fun loving people who do exceptional work.
I applaud them and also, loved my goody bag! I gave a few people that night some of their notepads and showed the amazing work” King” Dr. Grant did with the small chip he fixed on my front tooth! My teeth feel amazing and I want to keep them as clean as possible so the hygienist will be proud of me.
They are bringing my teeth back to my sexy 20’s smile — now if him & his team could only bring my sexy 20’s body back: D HA!
You will never want to go to another Dental office again once you have been here!

I was in need of a dentist ASAP after my crown came off. They were able to work me in on short notice and the entire staff was extremely friendly. The offices are also very clean, which is important. The dentist has never been my favorite place to go but I plan on visiting again. I highly recommend!

Saw a flyer that offered a free exam for new patients and decided to give it a try. Office is beautiful and the staff (*Maneeka and Bekah*) was very friendly and warm. They make use of a lot of great technology so that the patient can see what is happening inside your mouth, as well as a TV at each chair when you’re trying to ignore what is happening in your mouth. You can also sign up for text and email alerts of future appointments.
Suggestions:
— In the paperwork, regarding the form for permission to use photos for their business purposes, the front desk could make it more clear that this is optional. I usually just sign everything without looking too much and I’m sure others do, too.
— A little sad the prescription fluoride toothpaste wasn’t given for free (normally about $ 5). My previous dentist in NY gave it to me a full-​sized tube for free.

I dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Grant and his staff made it a tolerable experience. The actual office is very nice with a great décor. The staff was very kind and professional. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. I love that they take actual photos of your teeth along with the X-​rays. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s going on by just looking at the x-​ray. Dr. Grant is an awesome guy/​dentist. I have a lot of work to be done in my mouth and he didn’t pressure me into doing any procedures I wasn’t ready or able to do. I had a great experience from the time I set up my first exam with DD, to my last visit after getting three crowns and a cleaning! I will be back every three months for my cleanings. Oh and I always leave with a goodie bag… Which is a plus! Thanks guys for making all my visits great!
