Elite OB/GYN

Dr. Michelsen and Dr. Gulick have both provided my wife with excellent care.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Dr. Gulick after Dr. Michelson did not return at the beginning of this year. I needed to discuss my lab results with the doctor and was waiting on a phone call back from Dr. Michaelson. I never got a call back since she was ill, however, I had a follow-​up appointment scheduled and chose to discuss the results with Dr. Gulick at that time. Since I asked her about my results, I was charged for an office visit after being told more than once that my follow up exam was included in the initial charge. When I called to ask about this charge, the office manager was extremely rude and told me it was protocol to charge for an office visit anytime lab results are discussed. I am very saddened that this is how Dr. Gulick is handling the practice and patients in Dr. Michelson’s absence. I would like to think my health and well-​being is more important than money, however, that is not the impression I got from Dr. Gulick and the office manager at Elite OBGYN.

I won’t discredit Dr. Gulick’s expertise but she comes off as a very nonchalant person. She has a cold demeanor and needs to work on her people skills. She’s NOT rude she just seems «over it». I was also informed about the difference between annual and diagnostic upon my first visit. I never had a doctor tell me that. It was kinda like her money over my health although she most likely didn’t mean it that way. I can’t blame her though, times are hard for some people. She should try a different approach though.

DO NOT use this OBGYN. I went in to see DR Gulick for an annual and strange bleeding between periods– like having a period every 2 – 5 days. After I mentioned the issues several times she was quick to inform me this was an «annual» exam and not a diagnostic exam. You would think that an OBGYN who had a patient there in person, on the table, unclothed, would take the time to explore the issues which could be serious instead of act unconcerned and worried about what insurance would pay for…
No mention even of returning for a «diagnostic» exam or waiting to see next steps once the annual results were back– VERY disappointed that a woman OBGYN in a women’s clinic gives such poor care to a woman patient.
Shame on you Dr Gulick!

Very fast appointments. Dr. Gulick is so nice! Their office is very convenient, at Centennial Medical Center, and so pretty. Their staff makes me feel very comfortable and at completely at ease!
