Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in to get my oil changed. Had great service. The guy working on my vehicle noticed another issue with the car, brought it to my attention, told me what could be the reason for the issue and gave me a quote on what it might cost to fix it. I appreciate them talking with me. Very respectful and treating me like an equal. Took a little longer than I might like, around 45 minutes, but for the price I paid, well worth the wait. Will most likely go again for my next oil change.

Took a truck to have 4 tires put on it. They told me it would be one hour. Two hours later they actually started working on replacing the tires. It took a total of three + hours to mount and balance 4 tires. When I got it back its shook horribly above 50mph b/​c they didn’t bother to balance the tires correctly. Had to take it back to them.
Again heard it would be one hour when I brought it back. Came back in 1.5 hours to find it still in the same place I left it. They didn’t start working on it until they saw me walk back in.
Never, never bring your car here.

My Vehicle windshield was damaged during a simple inspection. The store manager now denies any mishandling. Absolutely Unprofessional !!

Absolutely awful. Brought a vehicle in for them just to check the tire to see if there was something in it since the pressure was low. An hour later, I ask how much longer and he responds «let me check» then comes back and says «oh they are going to look at it now» no apology was included. Just awful.

Great customer service! They don’t try to sell you parts that are not necessary (unlike Sewell Mini of Plano). The mechanic, Eric does a awesome job and very professional. I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs.

I honestly couldn’t say anything but good things about this place. For the times I have come here and specifically to this location, these guys always take care of me. Some people may think they are trying to be «salesmen» and tell you what else you need done but I believe they only recommend what they believe is necessary. When I came here the first time it was because my ABS light went on. Come to find out it was because my bearing was loose. They were honest with me in telling me it needed to be replaced and said that when they get in there that there may be more but that they would communicate with me as they got in there. This last time I only came on for an oil change and they took initiative to show me how disgusting my air filter was and that I had two nails in my back tire. They were accommodating and still got me done in a timely manner even with replacing and repairing these items. Even though there is another Firestone closer to my house, I will 100% always choose this one to go to. Thanks guys!

BAD SERVICE, DIDN’T DO WORK THEY SAID. AND possibly THIEVES.
went for inspection, They said they could do my high end car alignment as well. (yes I know, I should have never let them touch it) but I needed an inspection as well.
Kept my car OVERNIGHT as they are slow as molasses and half the next day For an alignment and inspection, I actually went there mid day the next day to see what was taking so long. The kid behind the counter said he called me hours ago but the call didn’t go through. (so I made him call me right then, What do you know it worked.) lying little shit.
Well, they only did the alignment, said they did the inspection and checked the AC (as requested) no sticker for inspection, oh’ they forgot, didn’t do it. now I wait another 45 min for them actually do it this time,
They said there was nothing wrong with the AC. Ummm, yes there is. I built muscle cars and race cars/​bikes my whole life, and have a very deep understanding of mechanics. I’ll let some real mechanics do the work.
They did in fact check the A/​C as when I went to see what was rattling under the hood they forgot to put the high and low port AC covers back on and didn’t put that side of the engine cover back on. so it rattled in the engine compartment.
All for them to do the alignment as I wanted it checked as it had been a year. Now the steering wheel and car shakes at 50 MPH.
to boot, they stole (allegedly) something out of my car while it was there overnight Yes I called the Police and they are investigating.
DON’T GO THERE, LAZY, IGNORANT and Possibly criminal.

They’re quick and honest. The two things I love about an auto repair shop.

Good salesman just like the people who work at the footlocker. They always find out stuff that need to be fixed while other auto care places can’t find. They are the real experts, just like Obama. They have the «Charisma» to sell you anything that your car don’t need.

These guys are good. 20 visits here in 5 years and always get what I expected — sometimes better. Great people at the counter. They treat everyone the same. Never been duped and I don’t see it happening with others (i.e. the mechanically-​challenged). The work is appropriate and the prices are competitive.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a joke. Told 1.5 hours for tire rotation and inspection. 3 hours later… I ask for my keys back because my car is still sitting there untouched. I went early on a Friday with about 5 cars on the lot. Not one time did I hear ANYONE call to let anyone know their car was done. 3 hours and they cannot turn over 1 car? Although I did hear everyone talking about where they are going for lunch so must be nice to hang out at work all day and not do anything. I WILL NEVER go back. Drove to Kwik Car and pulled right in for inspection. 15 minutes later I was driving to discount tire and had the tires rotate free of charge — All done there in 20 minutes. WHO NEEDS FIRESTONE? Not I!

Nice staff, but bad workers, I just need alignment my car and the staff said need for 1 and a half hours to do that after agreed and paid for $ 199 for lifetime alignment and I comeback after 3 hours and my car is still in the parking lot like I parked before and they are not even touch my car, and I need to waited for 30 minutes more and they are hurry to alignment my car, when finally finished and when I drive my car, the car is running to the right side all the time.
Next week I comeback and complaint about this matter and the same thing happen, they just said need for 1 and a half hours, I waited for 3 hours and after finished my car is still running to the right side and more worse than before.
Right now I will search another Firestone to solved this problem, hopefully will get a better one, if everything same, I will never go to Firestone anymore and will go to my car dealership.

Nice staff and helpful workers. However, I too have noticed a change is service from the mechanics with more bring backs to redo their works. I still use them because they normally work out the issue, but in my 5yrs going to them, the past 7 months has not been good. The mgr Tommy, is pretty reasonable and works to resolve the issues though.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made the MISTAKE of going here many many times so I have a lot of experience with them. 1. they overcharge on everything 2. they do not call you for status updates at all 3. they always keep my car WAY longer than promised 4. THEY BREAK SOMETHING ELSE ON MY CAR EVERY SINGLE TIME I’VE BEEN IN. I will NOT be back!

Agree with other review, place was decent but is a joke now. Don’t waste your time!
