Forever 21

Woah.
Shopping at this place is a very overwhelming task.
While I love that Forever 21 has expanded their stores, their shops remind me of free-​for all warehouses. Walking inside, it seems as though production is incredibly cheap and they are just spitting out the most clothes they possibly can — I wonder what they do with the stuff no one buys (goddess knows there are things there no one buys).
Yesterday, I attempted to shop here. I say attempted because it made me wonder why I just wasn’t shopping online. Check the pics. So many clothes on the floor, and this was ¼ of a tiny section. The racks were filled to the brim, so much that I didn’t want to look through them. There’s got to be a better way, Forever 21!!!

This is a very well organized store. The sections are logical and go together well. They were a little under staffed with only one cashier, but other than that a nice location.

I was very disappointed coming to this Forever 21 at the mall it was dirty and clothes were all over the place. That I just walked out will never be back here again.;

WORSE SERVICE EVER. Workers are rude as shit and it’s the worse place ever to go because of the current employees and they’re lack of helping the customers.

Worst customer service EVER! Don’t waste your time coming here, go to WillowBend location.
15 people in line, 1 cashier. Asked mgr if she could call more cashiers, she said there weren’t any and then a girl that looked half asleep came up. She asked if I found everything ok. I said no. She said nothing. I asked if she heard my response, no answer. I said I didn’t find everything ok, and obviously you don’t care. No response…

This is, by far, the cleanest and MOST ORGANIZED F21 I have ever been to. In fact, it was so organized that I almost applied for a job here today. (I’ve worked in a Forever 21 before and right before I quit, I told myself never again. This place had me going back on my word!!)
All the clothes were hanging on their racks neatly and weren’t so crammed in that if you were to take one out to try on, you’d bring about 10 other pieces out with it. The sales associates were pleasant but as I was checking out one of the cashiers was having a bit of a bad moment. He took out all his anger on me because of a previous customer AND THEN started to complain about it to his co-​worker IN FRONT of me. Still, 5-​stars. Why? Because I was so impressed by how easy it was to find things in this particular store!!!
So if you ever need to go to a F21, I recommend F21 at the Stonebriar Center in Frisco. Park near Nordstrom’s and you’ll be a 2 minute walk from the store. :)
