Most unprofessional establishment I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. Last week I went in and viewed all of the following: poor customer service from an employee who made it clear she hated her job, employees yelling for each other from clear across the store, showing impatience and aggravation when I specified some requests(I asked my food be adjusted equally in the bowl rather than slopped in the middle) and gross food handling conditions(the trays they used to make burritos still had food from previous orders, which is why I switched to a bowl). I might’ve been able to come to peace with all that if the food was decent, but unfortunately, it was just as bad as the employees attitudes. The meat was very dry, and none of the embellishments(pico, hot sauce, corn, etc.) had any flavor. I don’t know if this is the norm, or they were having an off day, but I won’t ever return for a redo.
