Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We have been to this dealership 3 times in the past 2 months. The first time we walked in and was looking around inside the showroom. No one ever asked or offered to help. We left without talking to a single person.
We recently went back because we were very interested in the Chrysler Pacifica. We knew the model and options we wanted. Once again we had to beg someone to help us, waiting until they could convince a sales person to work with us.
We told the guy exactly what we wanted and told him their inventory showed two that matched it. He said he was brand new and wasn’t sure what they had. We spent the next two hours making no progress. They first said they didn’t have them and wanted us to take the white model they had in showroom. We didn’t want white and were told it would take 4 months to get something other than white. I told them that didn’t make sense as other dealers had different colors. Then we were told that we could custom order but would also take 4 months. This back and forth went on for two hours.
By the end we didn’t know anything more than when we started. The sales manager came over and told us completely different info that they could custom order in 4 – 6 weeks. I told them we had to leave but just needed to know our options and asked for them to call or email me the next week with what they could do.
They never called or followed up. We were prepared to purchase a very expensive vehicle but they couldn’t have cared less. It was a completely awful experience. We called another dealer who was amazing and super helpful and are now buying from them.

I recently purchased a used 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 from Brock and am highly satisfied with my truck. However, after doing my own inspection of the vehicle I found that the exhaust had come undone from the cat and was completely open. I went into the service center and spoke with the manager and they took care of the pipe and did a full inspection on the emission system.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
If you read my review, you’ll see the salesman said it wasn’t a hard inquiry when we were ready to finance, so not only did he lie to me about that, but they did FIVE hard inquires. Please please please don’t waste your time here, they are not honorable people.
Long story short: they will mislead you as much as they can, and then get defensive when you call them out on it.
My fiancé and I were here on 2 separate occasions looking to buy a jeep Cherokee. We worked with a man named Adam who used the fact that he was new as an excuse for everything. (I understand what it means to be new and not know everything, if that’s the case, then find someone who does know.)
First issue: online they are advertising a 2016 jeep Cherokee with $ 49 down and $ 299 a month for 84 months. Asked about this deal to several different people and none of them have any idea what it is or the terms/​details.
Second issue: We got to the point where they offered financing and informed us that it wouldn’t effect our credit, which was a lie. I can immediately see a hard inquiry on my credit report.
Story:
We came in and met Adam on Saturday, we left that day without deciding and told him we would come back. He was obviously disappointed that we didn’t buy the car he showed us that was way out of our target price range, but we chalked it up to being tired and visited again today ready to try a couple more different models and purchase. We made an appointment and had to wait 10 minutes for him to come over. Then he helped us and it took another 20 minutes for him to bring us the car we wanted. (I understand that it takes awhile though, so we weren’t frustrated at this point.)
As we get in to take it for a test drive, he mentions needing to hurry this along so he can get to his other customers that are waiting there. He didn’t seem irritated during the ride, but as soon as we got back he ran off and told us he’d be back in a minute. (While we waited, we explored the outside and saw a huge dent in the side.) After waiting for another 20 – 30 minutes, he hands us off to another gentleman. (We are still not irritated at this point.) We take the next salesman outside and show him the dent. His solution is that we bring it back and have them fix it rather than take some money off the price. (This means I have to drive out of my way on a day off and sit there for 1 – 2 hours while they fix it.) This wasn’t a breaking point for us, so we continued with the process.
They convinced us to try their credit vs using out outside source (which dinged our score even though they said it wouldn’t.) While we do this, the second salesman goes off to form an offer for us. We finished the credit application and had to wait another 15 – 20 minutes until he finally came out. Then he goes over the paper, which is $ 2000 more than their price on the website because of the «Frisco protection plan» ($ 1000) they put on all their vehicles. I think it’s great, and worth the price, but it’s very misleading to put a price on their website that isn’t the actual price. (I even mentioned this price to them and they didn’t say anything about the extra protection plan.) The other $ 1000 is a rebate they don’t give you if you finance through someone else. My fiancé tells him we want $ 2000 more off the price of the car not including taxes. He gets an attitude with us and says «You want me to take $ 7000 grand off MSRP?!» And I said «I want you to honor the price on your website.»
We inform him that the price isn’t where we want to be, and tell him where we need to be. He gets defensive and slightly unprofessional with us. (I’m ready to leave at this point because I will not be treated by someone that way when I’m about to give them a sale. My fiancé convinces me to stay and see what they come back with.) 10 more minutes of waiting and he comes back with the down payment we want, but $ 80 extra a month on the payment. He also claims that my outside source APR is way above what I was told it was and that this is the best deal they can do. I show him my pre-​qualification letter on my phone and he asks to take it back to his manager again. At first I agreed, but at this point I was very tired and sick of waiting around, so I told him no thank you and that I wanted to leave. He wanted to try and talk to his manager again so he left. I asked my fiancé for the keys so I could go lay down in our car.

Just bought a new Jeep Rubicon from Brock and had a great experience! He explained everything from start to finish and treated me like an old friend. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, he’s even delivering the Jeep to my house. I didn’t expect as pleasant of an experience with the finance department, but was pleasantly surprised with James. He provided details on every part of the transaction and got me a better interest rate than my bank. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience or treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or refer my friends.

This place, and their sales tactics, had me mentally unstable for the entire weekend. I had gone in to look at a specific car. They write down the stock number of the car, and end up bringing me a different one. Apparently, the one I wanted needed to be repaired. I was fine with seeing it before they repaired it. Anyways, we get to the table, and they try to charge me an extra $ 1500 for some warranty/​certification process. I respectfully, decline. I have had experience with warranties, and am not interested in paying for one I’ll likely never use. They insisted, brought over 3 different managers «the big guns.» I continued to decline, and asked to just pay the full listing price, plus tax, title, and license. No warranties, or certifications needed. They weren’t happy with that, begged me to meet halfway on this extra charge. Acted like they were doing me a favor charging me over the listed price. When the 3^rd manager came over, trying to get me to pay $ 400 I left. They chased me out agreeing to go with my deal. I still left. I was already preapproved with my bank but they decided to run my credit without my permission. They tried to charge me DOUBLE a month than what the bank approved me for, so double for my car practically. They refused to tell me the exact apr, despite being asked directly multiple times. The final papers they show you, purposely leave that out, and the salesmen will act dumb when you ask about it. It threw off my entire car buying experience. I was stressed and untrusting the rest of the weekend but ended up getting a better version of the car at a better price, and lower miles at Hiley Hyundai. Don’t go here they are sneaky and will try and find ways too overcharge you.

I bought my car here 2 years ago, and have been coming here ever since for service. And I have never ONCE had a bad experience!
Recently, I ran over a median and busted both my passenger tires and rims. I financed a tire service package when I bought my car, so I decided to take it up to Frisco CDJR and have them look at it. Micah was my service agent, and was absolutely incredible from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away.
Since I drive a camaro, they didn’t have the tires/​rims that fit my car, and so I was told it would take about a week to order and receive them. A few days later Micah had called me to explain that Chevrolet sent the wrong tires, and that it would take a little longer. Even though this wasn’t Frisco’s fault, Micah offered me a loaner car to help me get to work, which was a LIFESAVER!!!
After two weeks, I finally got my camaro, everything had been fixed, and it didn’t cost me a penny! I am overly grateful for Micah keeping me constantly in the loop, and making sure that he could help make my life as easy as possible while being car-​less. I don’t think I will ever stop coming to Frisco for my camaro’s servicing. Thank you guys so much!

I paid Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram $ 400 to drop in a MOPAR bed liner when I bought my truck. On that first day it was already warped (see «before» photo). I left several messages (voicemail and email) for various managers there but never got a response. Eventually the original salesperson connected me with the right person, so I took it back. The dealership actually said, «You know, if we put in a new liner, it will warp in the sun anyway, so are you sure we even need to change this out?» I reminded them that the truck was less than a week old, so YES. They then replaced the liner – even did it fast, while I waited, because they knew it was service recovery – for a new bed liner that…(drum roll)…was warped like the first one (see «after» photo). When I complained I was told that all drop-​in liners warp, so is this really a problem? It took 30 minutes and escalation to higher management but eventually they just refunded my money. They totally blew it because I could tell that the Service lead was sincerely trying to make it fast and convenient and friendly, but the underlying attitude of the entire dealership seemed to be a complete lack of concern for quality. Being polite and holding my door is great, but most of all I want confidence that the work will be done well. Keep that in mind if you consider Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I won’t be going back.

This place has brutal customer service. Don’t bother making service appointments because most of the time they don’t have the parts needed or take 3 times as long as needed. They waste my time EVERY TIME I have to come in. I wish I never got a service package so I’d never have to deal with this place. Very poor operational processes designed to waste time. For some reason there are 20 employees buzzing around at all times, mostly giving high fives, and nobody seems to have a clue what is on. Very frustrating.

One of their financial guy call me and left message this morning and told me they find better deal for my financial plan and can reduce my monthly payment. They asked me to come to store to talk about the details. I actually try to avoid them because based on my previous bad experiences dealing with them. But I still decide to go cause who can say no when there maybe a chance to save a little bit.
So I ask an afternoon off from my work and drive half hour to there. However it turns out the truth is they are not happy with the contract/​financial plan I had with them last week and try to ask me to put close to $ 1000 for the downpayment or increase $ 20 dollar on monthly basis which are totally different from the original contract/​financial plan. I already take huge lost when I trade in my truck and now they want to sell me a new financial plan which i need to pay more money on every month?
Seriously i was shocked by then and wonder how can a company be like that: trick their customer come to store and try to change the term of the contract which has been signed a week ago (please read my previous review). After I refuse the term and plan to return a car and get my truck back, they change again. They told me I can stay with my original financial plan and use bank as excuses.
Now I seriously consider write a complain letter to their management and address the issues I had with their sales and financial team.

About two months ago we went in to purchase a car for my wife. We had a specific budget and needs in the car and Brandon and Manny came through for us. My wife is the proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Patriot. We got it used with less than 11,000 mi on it. It fits us perfectly and we are thankful for everything Brandon and Manny have did to get us in the car!

The staff at Frisco Dodge is top notch. From the managing partner, Shawn, to the service employees — everyone is friendly, efficient and professional. The inventory and work is quality. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or previously owned vehicle as well as anyone needing to get their vehicle serviced.

I decided to seek out a different «Chrysler» dealership for my servicing needs after it was apparent to me that the dealership where I purchased my car wasn’t very interested in providing their customers with the expected level of Customer Service.
I called «Frisco Chrysler» the day before my visit and was very fortunate to have Cody to accept my call. He was polite, attentive, assuring and PROFESSIONAL. I felt as if he truly cared about me as a customer.
I dropped my vehicle off the next morning. Cody was there and made sure that all of my needs were met as he had promised during my initial call.
Mid day, I was surprised to receive a call from him to let me know where they were in servicing my vehicle. He also wanted to find out what time my day ended so he could make sure that the service vehicle was there to pick me up. I was pleasantly surprised. Very surprised.
At the end of my shift, I was picked up, taken back to the dealership, where Cody greeted me, went over the service provided, walked me to the cashier and also escorted me to my vehicle when I left.
I MUST say that prior to this experience, I had promised myself to NEVER EVER purchase another Chrysler but since that time, my only regret is that I did not purchase my 300 from Frisco Chrysler.

Today, 2÷2÷16, I into the Frisco Jeep dealership today to check out a few vehicles I’d seen online over the weekend. A salesman greets me as I walk up to the door. Once inside he jots down the stock number of the vehicles I’m interested and ask a few questions. The guy then says he’s going to get the keys to the vehicles. Approximately 10 – 15 minutes go by. I’m looking around to see if the guy forgot about me. A different salesman sees the confused look on my face and notices my growing impatience and offers to help me. I immediately tell the guy, «I’ve been helped.» In retrospect, maybe I should have gone with second salesman. My original salesman finally arrives to tell me he has the keys and he’ll pull one of the Jeep’s around to the front for me. Okay, cool.
The salesman pulls up with a vehicle that was not one of the vehicles I was even interested in. He pulls up in a 3 year-​old Jeep Wrangler w/​almost 70K+ miles on it. ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP INQUIRING ABOUT!!! Immediately I tell the salesman, that this was not the Jeep I asked about or wanted to see… the Jeep I was interested in was white, not silver! So this salesman proceeds to tell me his boss thinks this vehicle would be better for me, this vehicle would be in range that he believes I’m trying to be in, and anything else would be overextending myself, are you willing and able to pay $ 600-​$ 700 a month for a vehicle?

Excuse me!!! What, Sir!!! I told the salesman I’m not interested in the vehicle and its not what I came to the dealership to see. I told him I’m not interested in a 3 year old vehicle w/​almost 70K miles. He further insults me by asking If I would be interested in a smaller end SUV? Absolutely not sir! Did I come in inquiring about a smaller SUV? ((So not cool)))
At this point in the conversation, I’m in total disbelief, pissed, offended, and insulted! Dear Mr. Salesman and his/​your boss, you do not know my financial situation; you don’t know my income; you don’t know what I do for a living; you don’t know if I’m willing to extend my budget; you don’t know what I was even interested in; you certainly don’t know my credit score. SURELY YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE! CLEARLY THE CUSTOMER IS NOT VALUED AT FRISCO JEEP! CLEARLY PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT NECESSARY AT THIS IMMATURE DEALERSHIP!
This Frisco dealership is rude and incredibly unprofessional! Clearly whoever the salesman’s boss is has no class and lacks professionalism, to even suggest such disrespectful and foolish sales tactic. Needless to say, I walked off and left the dealership. I will never, never return to this crap of dealership!

I got a call the other day about my review from Frisco CDJR during work. I don’t care to speak to them (see below), unless they’re looking to compensate me for their actions. In my opinion, the owners should lose their dealership and every last one of the senior management fired.
Honestly, I stand by my original review, but I’ll just give the good folks on Unilocal the update on my entire experience buying, servicing, and eventually selling my 2015 Jeep Cherokee.
It’s a long review, so I’ll sum it up here: I was lied to and mistreated multiple times at this dealer. They took advantage of the fact I was young and ignorant of how dishonest and cruel people can be when selling a car and the dealership staff were only interested in my money. They harbor a culture of dishonesty & poor quality work. I eventually sold the Jeep Cherokee I purchased here, and they even drug their feet on the GAP insurance refund I was entitled to. Stay away, stay FAR away.
It started out when I bought it. I just turned 22 fresh out of college. I honestly should have waited and took someone with more experience buying cars, because they showed me no mercy. The car had 70 miles on it, and probably brutal miles at that. Scratches on dash, a broken seat, defects here and there. It was still full price, and the paperwork incorrectly stated that it had 10 miles and no outstanding damage/​defects, with a verbal «promise» they would fix the issues. I was so blindly excited to buy my first car I glossed passed it all, with no intervention or «why not sleep on it» from my salesman. Fixing those issues alone took almost 4 months.
The car itself is garbage. The transmission wasn’t fully vetted, it slammed into gear, reved badly, banged, it was honestly a safety hazard. Look online for just a few seconds and you’ll see how bad it truly is. Not Frisco’s fault, but the way they treated me was just as bad as the car. I took it in almost once a month for legitimate issues. They insisted it was my fault and I was too picky. Sorry I spent $ 35k on a car you guys probably made a bundle on. They replaced my valve body twice, with no effect on my transmission, flashed software updates probably 4 or 5 times. One time they said they flashed an update, when they did nothing at all. Another time, my dashboard camera captured evidence of my vehicle sitting unmoved for days after being told that it was being fixed on the phone. Whatever they did, they only spent about 20 minutes or so on. They probably made a habit of keeping it a few days to pretend they were actually doing something. The service manager was unapologetic and downright unpleasant to me when I complained. Near the end, every time I would call to try and schedule service, once they figured out who I was they would put me on infinite hold or say they were full for the next 2 or 3 weeks.
I finally get fed up with them and I traded my Cherokee for another car at another dealer. Since I got GAP insurance on it, I was entitled to an $ 800 refund. It took me two physical visits to the dealer, 4 phone calls, and almost 2 months for them to process and deliver the refund check, a process that I’ve read should only take a week or two.
This dealership is the reason I hate dealers. They forever jaded me towards the entire car industry, service personnel, and salesmen. They are the epitome of the worst horror stories told about car sales and service. They are the proof that there are terrible people in the world who will take advantage of anyone they think they can take advantage of, young people, woman, elderly, anyone. I spent the better part of a month in crappy rental cars because Frisco didn’t care about me or fixing my vehicle. Once the sale was done, they couldn’t give two shits about me.
If I could prevent one person from giving business to this dealer, or prevent one person from buying a Jeep Cherokee, then this review would be worth it.
Every dealer/​service department is a gamble on weather it’s good or not, but don’t go for the sure thing in this case, visiting Frisco is a sure bet that you will get a bad deal, bad service, and maybe even a bad car.

Sean my maintenance guy and my mechanic Melvin, did an awesome job on my 3500. Has it running like new! Thank you Melvin and Sean you guys are great!!!

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and 45k mile inspection. My service advisor, Cody, was extremely friendly and provided great service. They offered a shuttle service to my office and the work was done as promised and finished by EOD.
The only disappointing thing about the service was there was no car wash included. Not why I went to the dealership but I sort of expect a clean car when spending so much on service. Even the Kwik Car place offers that.
Overall very happy with the service and can see some improvements since my last visit a few years ago.

Although my first check in at Frisco CDJR it’s not my first visit. I’ve been here several times and the service has been pretty bad. They have high turn-​over in service and sales is using tactics that are a couple decades old. That being said, I believe they are trying to elevate the entire experience at this dealership and will support that effort.
Yesterday I took my Jeep in for an alignment after buying a set of new tires. The process was smooth and quick. Sean C, my advisor, was pleasant to work with and got me turned around quickly.
It was a 5 star experience but gave it 3 because I’ve had a few 1 star engagements. Hopefully this is a good sign things are turning around.

We were in Frisco CDJR yesterday and I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle yesterday and paying CASH. I pretty much narrowed it down the the vehicle I wanted yet never received any help even after waiting in the lobby and asking. A MANAGER that talked to us the week before was even trying to run my credit before I even found anything I was interested. Their tactics are weak and so is the management.
Maybe because I’m not as old as the other customers but it wouldn’t be the first time I paid cash for a vehicle and got turned away by the lack of customer service then purchased a vehicle for more just because of the service.
Really disappointed in this dealership but not my loss.
