My dog has been going in to this Veterinarian now for a few years but I am so upset by what happened yesterday. My dog has diabetes and we ordered her insulin 4 business days ahead of schedule. We told them we were out of insulin– my husband goes in to pick it up & some teenager tells him she can miss a shot (2) of them… Because he had already shut the computer off.
I’m very disappointed in this office. Before this incident I have sent dog owners there but I would NEVER recommend them again!
And we had to drive all the way to Lewisville last night in the pouring down rain to get a bottle of insulin! So glad they understood she didn’t need to skip 2 doses (shots)!

We had an emergency when most vets (including our own) were closed late on a Saturday. They were open and gave us the best advise, care and referral we could have ever asked for in a life or death situation. I cannot thank Dr Farag Salib enough. He was very proactive and made sure we got the proper care for our little «fur» baby. After referring us for further specialty care, he wanted phone updates from us to ensure our baby was okay. The entire staff stayed late until we were taken care of and they could not have been nicer about it.

This place is always dirty. The staf their are rude, especially the management. Doctors don’t return your calls and most of the time the manager is never there. The only reason I stayed was because of the receptionist Kelly.

This place has very unfriendly staff and are extremely rude. Do not take your pets here. They do not explain procedures and prices fully and charge you extra. They will not allow you to speak to anyone except front line staff and are very uncooperative. I greatly regret all the business and money I gave them. Mostly I regret allowing them to handle my puppy when they clearly don’t care about anything but making money.

Dr. Brent Brewer has been taking care of my dog after a leg injury. They got my dog scheduled, seen, and treated quickly. They are also good about informing you of potential charges beforehand so you’re not overwhelmed with the bill.
The receptionist, Kelly, is sweet and thorough. She has been here several years and is really good at calming down this hysterical fur-​mom, even over the phone.

The new management has made all of the difference in the world. At every visit I receive an itemized list of what my pet is due for and the charges so I don’t have any surprises when I go to the front to pay. I also like that I don’t feel rushed anymore when I bring my pet in to see the doctor. Dr. Brewer answers all of my questions and takes the time to listen to me about my pet. Great job VitalPet… this place is a winner!

I booked an appointment with this place on Monday April 28 for the next upcoming Saturday which would be May 3. We live in Dallas and drove all the way up here for this vet that was recommended by a friend. When we got there, the woman at the front desk told us they didn’t have an appt for us today that she had us down for April 26th. She then said they are booked today and don’t have any openings. When I informed her we drove from Dallas and I made this appt five days ago, her reply was: «we have an opening on Monday»? What part of «we drove from Dallas» did you not understand and this was YOUR screw up?! We won’t be taking our dog here if they can’t even book appointments correctly or try to make it up to us when they screw up.
