Read in the Dallas Morning News that this furniture design showroom had won a national award for best furniture store. Went up there to check it out and look around for a few items for the house. I wasn’t disappointed. Great store with lots of selection and very nice, accommodating staff. Worth the short drive up the Tollway from North Dallas.
I love the wine rack in this video.

Mary M has it completely correct (see previous reviews that were not factored into the rating). Overpriced, unresponsive designers and no follow through! The designer I worked with kept forgetting what we discussed. If you decide to use them take extensive notes. The one star is because the end product ideas were good, but had to do most of the work myself and spent way too much time trying to contact the designer/owner, etc. for status updates.
