Jack In The Box

I love JITB but this location needs a lot of work. The past few times I have gone, there has been an issue with items missing from my order. The worst was when they gave me half of my order in the drive thru and then told me to pull into a parking spot to wait for the rest of my order. After waiting in the car for 20 minutes I finally went in only to discover that they had forgotten that I was still waiting for the rest of my order. Last night I decided to give them one last try and as usual, there were items missing from my order. I only know this because I had to take everything out of the bag in their parking lot to discover that one item was missing. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I got all the way home that one of my other items was missing too. Since I live 20 minutes away, it would be incredibly inconvenient for me to drive back for a missing hashbrown, that I paid for!
The staff is nice but I’m just not sure it they are just too busy or too short-​staffed or the management is bad, etc. I have come here when there are 5 cars in line and when there are no cars in line and I seem to have the same poor experiences. I will not be visiting this location again.

Have stopped here twice during local trips and the breakfast staff has been awesome. Great attitude and even made my favorite spicy chicken biscuit even though it wasn’t on the menu.

Horrible place any time of the day. Stopped here to try the new butter burger. First of the lady put my order down wrong… when I corrected her she said «oh my bad» really? You are going to say that. We are not in the hood! I asked for no tomatoes… but add onion and pickles. I pull up and wait at the window for 7 minutes! What where they doing? Killing the cow? Then she opens the window and hands me the bag and was about ready to close the window and I said don’t you think you should take my money? Then once again she said «my bad».
When I got home I open my burger and find nothing on my sandwich except cheese and a dry burger. Not even the right cheese. If this is a butter burger it should have some juice to it. Plus my burger is so peppery I can not eat i! Sad.

Haven’t been to a JIB in 10 years, now I wish I’d have continued that streak to make it to 20.
I used to look forward to going to Jumbo Jack in my college days, when finding a dollar and change meant its time to celebrate and eat out. The Jumbo Jack I ordered this day was dry, I’ve never had a dry fast food burger. The closest way to describe it would be to say that it was like biting into a dried sponge. NO flavor, i don’t even know if they put the right amount of condiments on it.
Here’s to starting a new 10 year streak !
