Horrible service! I had to track down a sales associate to receive a fitting where I have lost around 20 lbs since moving to the area. The sales associate and the person who I assume was the manager(with gray hair and glasses) spent several minutes trying to figure our who would take my measurements. HOWEVER, before even taking my measurements, they both insulted me asking if my bust size was even big enough to be shopping at the store! Never in my life have I felt so embarrassed and has anyone called my breasts small. After getting fitted(which was incorrect) I was told there was only one bra in the entire store that was my size. And then when I mentioned I needed a size up the manager refused to listen to me and gave me a size down! I had to have her literally come to the dressing room to check the bra to believe me. Eventually after finding everything, a credit card purchase was quite literally pushed on me. I thought at first that the information was run of the mill email, phone, address etc to send coupons in the mail. But no! Even after telling the lady I did not want to apply she said, «Oh come on. Do it for me. I need the sales,» and finished the application anyways! I have my items but I will NEVER return to this store. Perhaps the one on Josey near Trinity Mills will be a better experience. Avoid this store, ladies.

I have to really not be able to get to another Lane Bryant to go to this store. I have had 2 bad experiences with the manager in the past year. Not sure of her name but she is a petite lady with short greyish hair and glasses. I have actually walked up to the counter and she never speaks unless you speak first. There is no assistance for the fitting rooms. No one shows you to a room and no one checks on you. Last week she was speaking to another employee near a rack of clothes about an issue in her personal life. I was in the store at least 10 minutes and neither of them spoke to me or any other customer in the store. I finally went over to ask a question and it was very obvious that they were bothered by me interupting them. Such bad customer service.

I use to dislike going to this store because the staff as so bad. Then I went in and things seemed to have changed. Went today and they are back to their normal unhelpful self. I spend a lot on money in Lane Bryant and it should not take 45 minutes to use a coupon. I had to go outside to get a good enough signal to download the picture and get the code for 30% off. Then when I came back inside the woman could not get it to work and kept telling me it is not working. It is from your FB page so I don’t know what to tell you. All I have to say is go to the McKinney store. Whenever I go else where I have problems and the customer service is awful.
