Marco Development and Construction Inc., and Marco Property Inspections has a goal to service our customers with the mission of educating and protecting property buyers and Realtors in the Dallas Fort Worth area. That mission continues to be a driving force through today. Marco Property Inspections will always put the interests of our clients first. and always encourages our clients to be on the premises during the inspection.

Business Owner

Marco Property Inspections owner, Buell Marrs Jr. has over 25 years experience, building and inspecting commercial and residential properties. He has the required Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) professional inspectors license #20 342 and his experience was accepted by TREC as more than enough to satisfy state requirements. In addition to this he also holds two California state contractors licenses, is a certified fire and water damage professional, a certified pool operator, and has also completed all the four year college requirements and apprenticeship training for the California union journeyman carpenter credentials. Mr. Marrs brings a skill set of experience and knowledge that is not usually found in the property inspection industry.
