It’s a wonderful surprise and a nice addition to the mall food court! For what it’s worth, I give it 5 stars. Remember, it’s in a mall food court. If you are looking for something«AUTHENTIC», don’t go eat at a mall food court. That’s like eating at Panda Express and complaining it’s not authentic enough. We went on a Wednesday for lunch, BF and I ordered regular sized phở with spring rolls. The broth was tasty and not greasy. The spring rolls were fresh as well! We were pleasantly surprised as we were expecting it to not be very good since it IS food court. Will definitely return when we are at the mall! The staff was very friendly!

i was pretty excited to see that I had the option of eating phở while at the mall, great food court option. The service is super friendly and they have a pretty great selection of menu items considering they don’t have an actual kitchen in their space. I felt like having phở and boba so I was pleased to see it as a combo choice. I opted for the regular size beef phở and thai tea bubble tea, which ran me about $ 10 bucks. The service was super friendly and quick. I hate to give them a 3 star review because it’s otherwise perfect… except one thing. The phở is the saltiest phở I’ve ever had in my life. It was almost inedible, and I really shouldn’t have eaten it because I felt pretty sick afterward. I know it was because of all that salt. I wonder if they dropped the salt shaker in my dish or if it’s always like that. It was so bad, I don’t care to try it again and find out. The bubble tea was delicious though, so if I return, it’ll just be for some boba.

Ordered a boba and was mildly horrified by the concoction I payed five dollars for. My Thai tea was basically sugared water with a hint of Thai tea flavoring, and the boba was extremely undercooked. The staff was friendly, but no amount of hospitality made up for this disappointment of a beverage.

Great coffee, great rolls and great soup. Friendly staff too! Recommend that you try the Vietnamese coffee. Egg rolls are crispy, unique and delicious.

Ordered a **classic milk tea**, but received what tasted more like a coffee. I’m thinking they might have mixed up the Vietnamese coffee with the classic milk tea — even their flyer uses the same picture for the Classic Milk Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. I tried to work my way through the drink as the boba/tapioca pearls were at least decent, but I couldn’t take the coffee flavor and ended up throwing it away.

Not bad for a small food court Phở restaurant. It’s not quite the best yet. But if you are craving for soup, it is a ok place to eat at this mall.

***This is solely based on the boba*** I love trying out different boba places and decided to try this place out while on a lunch break. Anyway, the boba is kind of chewy and has a funny aftertaste. It might be the brand of boba that they buy but it’s just not my cup of tea. I can also taste a lot of the honeydew powder… First time trying this place so I might give it another go in the future. For now I’ll just stick to boba latte, fat straws, or qq teahouse for my boba fix.

Not bad for mall phở… I wasn’t given fresh basil and received a slice of lemon instead of the traditional lime… Huh? But I was at the mall, so I kept that in mind as I consumed my phở with the tiny plastic spoon I was given.

Decent and better than expected for Mall phở! Nice owners who are planning to have one in the galleria maybe this summer too! Beef phở small is pretty good and filling! Broth was good today! Banh mi was good too! Soft bread with crunchy outside. Not«cut ur mouth crunchy» but just right. Fresh veggies and meats too! Boba was good too! I’d come back! They were surprised I was Vietnamese! :) don’t forget to add the mints, veggies, lime, hoisin, and sriracha to the soup!

well, it definitely isn’t «phở-licious». So I was in the food court, wondering what to eat when I saw this place. Phở in a food court??? Yeah it’s true. They were having a special, 4.99 for a regular sized bowl. I figured If I would spend this much on fast food, might as well get some phở from here! I was pretty skeptical because the regular size phở looked super small, but my mom told me to go ahead and go for it. I looked on help and they didn’t really have good reviews, but what the heck! As I order, I find out that they don’t take American Express. The workers there aren’t too friendly but they aren’t mean. Average I suppose. On to the food. I got a regular beef phở. It looked different from the phở I would get from a vietnamese restaurant, as it is served in a bowl you can throw away. The spoon you get is as small as a cereal spoon so you can’t scoop ANYTHING up. Didn’t enjoy that at all. The flavor of the broth is very bland, flavorless even. The meat is alright, when I saw them prepare it, it was brown and not bright red. also, the portion for regular is small! SMALLERTHANYOUTHINK! I ended up super hungry so I started munching on my families meals’. I wouldn’t recommend going here, go to chick fil a or sonic. Better bang for your buck

Was it the best phở I’ve ever had… no. Was it better than over-priced pizza, over salty Chinese, or deep fried chicken — absolutely! I enjoyed being able to dine on something other than typical mall food court food. I’ll eat here when at Stonebriar. Thank you for providing an adult alternative!

The staff is extremely friendly, but that definitely was influenced by my excitement and enthusiasm that a Phở joint exists inside Stonebriar. They have a fairly expansive menu with Boba Smoothies and Thai Teas. The food itself is extremely tasty for quick service Phở. The price is definitely not competitive with the surround food court competition, however Phở has never really been cheap to begin with.

The broth was flavorless and lukewarm. Barely edible. They also serve banh mi but it doesn’t even have pâté!?! Not authentic at all.

You know what? It’s food court phở. But for what it is, it truly is «A-OK.» No, it couldn’t compete with most of the family-owned phở restaurants elsewhere in DFW, but it adds some much needed variety to the Stonebriar mall food court. I tried a regular sized meatball phở for $ 5.99. You get a decent amount of food(good lunch-sized serving) in the regular size, but there is a larger size for a little more cash. It was decent. The soup is served in a styrofoam bowl. Bean sprouts and jalapenos are properly served on the side. You can get little cups of hoisin or sriracha sauce from the counter. Honestly, the flavor didn’t blow me away, but considering I was in a mall FOODCOURT eating hot soup on a cold day, I was satisfied. Glad this place opened at Stonebriar. Unique food court option with not bad food. Worth a try.
