Pilot Flooring

I’m not real sure what the major malfunction is over there. I have made several requests for quotes both via phone and through their website. Even set one appointment online back in July. Not a soul has contacted me and the request from July obviously resulted in a no show.
We’ve been looking at several companies for quotes and was really hoping that pilot flooring would be the type of company that would be a pleasure doing business with since they claim to be «miles above the competition». At this point they appear to be a huge crash and burn.
Not real sure what it is with companies these days but with the amount of competition out there you would think they would do their best to reel in the work where they can. All too often you get the no shows or the shiny shoes wearing swivel chair sitting salesmen making promises that won’t be kept. Have not even got to that point with these guys nor do I anticipate to. The only star you get is for the website full of lies.

After continued emails being ignored this company sells itself as a family owned business that does the right thing. But that is completely false. After less than 90 days our flooring started to bubble then just after 90 days our thresholds started coming up. I filed a BBB complaint as well which they have yet to respond to as well. After being sold on their «superior» product they won’t back it up. Prior to them coming I had a lesser quality sample from Home Depot submerged in water for 2 days. No damage. I specifically asked them about their product and they said it’s better than that. Thousands of dollars now wasted. BUYERS BEWARE!

Used a few months ago on a rental property. Great prices and house turned out great. Will use on my home next.

Pilot did a great job on my carpet. They had a great sales person who explained everything to me and the installers were prompt and cleaned up nicely. I shopped around alot and found they had the best deal too. I’ve been recommending them ever since.

My wife and I contracted Pilot to install some very expensive (Kane) carpet on our stairs. I received some ridiculous quotes from other flooring places. Pilot was the most reasonable, and did an AMAZING job, specially the post installation cleanup. The stairwell is the focus of our home’s entrance, and the new carpet gives it such a dramatic slap in your face. We are getting close to requesting another quote for some elaborate tile work around the front door. We recommend Pilot to anyone who asks us about flooring.
