Great service! John has been extremely consistent in his service for the last one year since I first hired him. He has always been prompt for pick up at home and at the airport. many a times he has picked me up at DFW at odd times within a very short notice. He is very proud of his cars and it reflects in the way he has maintained them, I have never been in such clean taxis.
I recommend his service if you are looking for peace of mind and consistency.

I called Jonathan less than 12 hours before a 5am pickup and he was very accommodating. Was at my house early and got us there quickly. And not much more than über but safer as I knew he’d be there with no worries. Really nice guy and nice vehicle

Top notch service, attention to time and detail. John was very friendly, showed up prior to pickup and got us to the airport easily. Pick up was 7AMish on a Saturday. He knew our flight and gate information. I noticed that when he pulled one of the bags out of the trunk at the gate that he took time to discretely zip closed open zippers on the luggage.
Actually feel like we found a good secret and feel guilty sharing. However, the experience was great and deserves recognition.

Last minute change of plans required hiring Platinum Transportation Service with a day’s notice from England for a next day pickup. Perfect! So glad for these reviews: service was as described by other customers.

I am new to Dallas and have come to use Unilocal to choose my goods and services. I needed a car service and saw that Platinum had 100% perfect Unilocal ratings. My scheduled flight was already later than Platinums regular hours, but they accepted my appointment. Then, my flight was an hour late, but Platinum waited patiently and stayed on touch with via phone and text upon arrival. Jonathan, my driver was highly professional, courteous, and friendly. They even followed up with a thank-​you note. This is precisely the kind of service that makes my confident in knowing I can rely on them. (The service was also more affordable than the aurport parking charges would have been. I highly recommend Platinum.

If you are looking for top notch service and reasonable price for transportation services —look no further more. I was extremely impress with Platinum Transportation! My driver was Jonathan; he arrived on time, friendly and even check if my flight will be on time. On top of that, it was raining so hard and he was a great driver — got me to airport safely and plenty of time left. It’s like private UBER except this is in a really fancy car. =)

I contacted them 2-​hours before my husband’s flight arrived because our original transportation plan fell through. They were very nice and accommodating. The gentleman was very professional, courteous and on time. While other members of my husbands traveling party were still waiting for their prescheduled car service my husband was on his way home. We will most defiantly be using this business again in the future.

Our family needed a ride to DFW airport. I did my homework and PTS was the most affordable way for our family of 4 to travel from Frisco. I called the day before and was able to get next day transportation. John showed up in a beautiful and clean SUV. It fit two adults, two kids in car seats, our double stroller and ALL our luggage. He was ON TIME and wearing a suit. (SWANKY!). PTS was less expensive than leaving our car at the airport for a week and also beat the price of ANY «super shuttle» quotes I got. Plus, we didn’t have to share the ride with anyone else. We did a round trip charter and we couldn’t have been happier. Hiring PTS is the ONLY way to travel to and from the airport again. Need a ride? Call them. You won’t regret it.

I had helped my brother move from new jersey to ft. Worth/​saginaw area. On friday 12÷6÷13 dallas had a major ice storm to deal with. My brother refused to drive me to the airport, i called several car services. Platinum is the only service to return my call. The owner understood my situation, and squeezed me into what was a very icy/​hectic schudule that day. Got me to the airport with plenty of time. Caught the ONLYflight to baltimore. Felt very safe in their full size 4×4 gmc. The roads were terible, but it was still an enjoyable ride. THANKYOU !! Jonathan Howell, for going above and beyond and saving me from icemagedon. Would give more stars. But only lets me give five.

I’ve used PTS several times now, and I will continue to use them after receiving such great service. I regularly used Über and Yellow Cab, and after a referral to John I decided to try them out. John was very prompt and so nice. He’s now on my speed dial and every time I call him he’s Johnny on the spot! I was hesitant to write a review because I don’t want him to get too busy that he’s unavailable next time I call. But 5 star service deserves a 5 star review. Thanks John!

Before I decided to write a review, I wanted to make sure that the service I received from Mr. Howell’s company was going to be consistent and not just a one time thing. My husband and family travel quite a bit. Platinum Transportation has made each and every trip to the airport stress-​free! We have even used this company for «date nights» when we want to have a dinner and few cocktails out on the town & not drive home. You definitely get what you pay for, a clean, new, luxury SUV that’s on time, if not moments early, and ready to go! Thank you PT for your exceptional service!
