Good Mexican food starts with fresh ingredients. It’s handmade tortillas that are soft to the touch, fajita meat that’s still sizzling and the kick-push of pepper spice and cool guacamole on the tongue. The kitchen at Posados is an homage to authentic Mexican cuisine, celebrating chefs with a love for their art and a staff with a love for service.
We do things a bit differently here, just like at grandmas house, we don’t think the meal is done ’til desert, so every meal comes with desert as ice cream and Sopapillas.
