Chris, the Owner, is amazing! I’ve never been disappointed with the outside or inside of my car! He shampoo’d my 2014 sedan cloth seats and they look literally brand new. If he is busy, he promises a time the following day and has delivered each time.

I was on a business trip in the Dallas area and didn’t have a chance to get my Cadillac looking it’s best before leaving Austin. I was picking up the boss at the airport. I also had to make a side trip to the Mall — which is where I ran into Texas Auto Spa. Perfect timing, I wasn’t picking up the boss for a few more hours. I was helped right away and my car came back looking as good as the day I picked it out at the dealership. The attention to detail was incredible. They cleaned places I never think of (like the cup holders in the back seat, the openings where the seat belts slide in and out, the a/​c vents even looked dusted). I was very happy with my service, only sad they don’t have a location in Austin at my local mall!

I have a brand new Lexus RC F and wanted a hand wash so decided to bring it here while I took my son to D&B. Was told it would be a couple hour wait so I said nevermind then I don’t have that kind of time, so the guy tells me an hour and 15min we will have it ready. That right there I should have known was the mistake and knowing they were busy they would rush to get me done. So I pay 80 dollars for a full detail and 20% tip (leaving that amount not even seeing the work done) my car was done in time, however when I got to my car nothing was wiped down. They did a rushed vacuum job and there was stuff everywhere. While I’m explaining it to the guy I said look you guys vacuumed but there is shit everywhere. He immediately got defensive about my language said he would redo it and I stated i needed to put the car seat that was in my hand in the trunk, he gets in the drivers seat the trunk is wide open and he starts driving away I had to yell wait! End of story 30 mins later my car is «redone» and he wouldn’t even look me in the face to talk to me and never apologized. Come to find out he’s the owner! I would never recommend this place. My husband called to talk to him and the owner tried to say I caused a scene. This car wash is pathetic and so is the owner. For the money you can go elsewhere. I get people look for convenience but at least get your money worth and go somewhere you will get treated with respect.

After driving over 1,000 miles from Chicago to Texas, my car was in badly need of cleaning (both inside and out). After researching on Unilocal I decided to take my car to TAS. The convenience of waiting while shopping at a mall was a huge plus. The owner Chris was nice and accommodating and my car was finished faster than the original estimated time. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was because there were a few scratches on the drivers side door and the check out was a little slower than anticipated (due to Wi Fi issues). However, I’d use TAS again and something tells me the next experience will be a 5.

Well I thought with all of the good reviews this would’ve been an awesome experience. I drive a 2013 black Cadillac CTS coupe. When I got it back I immediately noticed some things I didn’t like. They had my car for at least 2 hours which was great because we had shopping to do. But once I got it home I notice bad hand print marks in several parts as in sticky crusty marks. There were more swirl marks then before and many areas of water drops. Water marks on the headlights and on just about every chrome area of the car. There was sticky splatters on the doors right behind the tires I can only assume was from the wheel cleaner not being dry. Never the less I spent the next two hours cleaning all of these areas. It would have been real easy to walk around the car one time and see these areas they were very obvious. I took pics encase anyone is interested. I know it’s a black car and shows everything but if you claim to be a detail place then show some detail to your work. Very unsatisfied and to top it off the guy bringing my car up was hauling butt clearly over the speed limit pulling my car up. This is not how you treat someone else’s car.
I would like to say the owner has contacted me already. He says he’s going to take care of this ASAP. I will update as soon as I am able to get with him and hopefully resolve these issues. It shows he cares to have done this. Hopefully I will be updating with bells on soon.

Took my ZL1 in for a detail to have swirl marks removed. The car came back looking brand new (or better)! The service was quick, convenient, and exceptionally done. Chris and his staff are extremely professional and friendly, making for a great experience. Will definitely be back!

OUTSTANDING!!! I did a lot of research before choosing Texas Auto Spa. My car had started showing the dreaded swirl marks in the paint from going through the automatic car wash, so it was in need of a good buff, wax & polish. I pored over reviews of all the popular auto detailing/​washes in the area, and I called a few to inquire about pricing. The reviews of each are predictable — some customers were highly satisfied, while others vowed never to return. Because these places work at a high volume and have an assembly line of staff, the margin for error/​dissatisfaction is increased. This is one of many reasons why Texas Auto Spa stood out. As I read through their reviews, not only were their customers satisfied, but also I really appreciated how Chris (the owner) had taken the time to reply to each posted review. It was clear that he put his heart into his business, which made me feel comfortable trusting him with my car. I drove to Texas Auto Spa the following day for an estimate, where I met with Chris in person. The price he quoted me was competitive & reasonable (based on the calls I had made previously to other auto detailers), so we scheduled my appointment for the following day, and he told me the appointment would last about 3 hours. The next morning, I received a text confirming my appointment for that afternoon. I brought my car in at the scheduled time and was again greeted by Chris. He told me my car would be in good hands and that he would send me a text when it was ready. Another major bonus of Texas Auto Spa is that it’s located in the valet lane at Stonebriar Mall, so this eliminates the usual brain-​draining experience we all have waiting around at most auto detailers/​washes! I shopped away as time flew by, and like clockwork after 3 hours, Chris texted me to say my car was ready and looking amazing. I couldn’t believe my eyes — my car looked shinier and more vibrant than when I bought it! There wasn’t a swirl or scratch in sight… just a gorgeous, glossy shine that won’t quit! I was so excited that I was literally jumping up and down. And the cherry on top, I had only paid for exterior cleaning/​service, but they still vacuumed & dusted inside. I can’t thank Chris or his team enough for the excellent work and stellar service I received! You guys are doing it right, and I will be telling everyone who will listen.

Took my car to get detailed my car had swirls in the paint due going through car wash, Chris took very good care of my car he had my car looking brand new, I also had a scratch on one of my fenders which was barely noticeable when he was done, the interior was also cleaned extremely well and the customer service provided by Chris was exceptional

I recently used my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to assist in a move and had tons of different fibers and debris on the carpet. Chris and his team had my Jeep looking brand new! I mainly went to have the interior detailed, but the exterior was spotless as well. Having just moved to the area this is my new go to car wash location. I would highly recommend them.

Love these guys!!! Went in to get the interior shampooed. He did better than expected. I will drive from Lewisville to Frisco for their services!

Brought our newly purchased 2008 used black SUV to Chris.
Car had swirling, scatches and the expected «used marks» on it… Chris’s team did a fantastic job on the car bringing the paint to «new status». We now drive a new looking car for a lot less investment!
The work is done to a really high standard, only comment would be the price is a bit higher than what others offer in the DFW metro… That said, the quality of work is outstanding!
Will bring my truck to Chris to do his magic soon.

Chris has always been great and takes care of my bmw m3 like if he owns it. I saw him even wiping down the interior carpet with a wet towel to take all the dust and dirt from my car even when i only paid for a basic hand wash. If you love your car as much as i love mine you will definitely appreciate what him and his team have to offer. Also he was so nice that he even offered some carousel coins for my little son since i took him to the mall that weekend. Chris and team thank you so much for the hard work even on this cold November days

This is a great place to get the car washed and detailed while you shop. Plus they park your car until you are done shopping. My car needed a serious washing after being on a car transporter from CA to TX. Texas Auto Spa did a great job on both my exterior and interior. After done shopping, they brought my car up just like a valet would. This is very convenient for those who don’t have much time… car wash/​detail and shopping at the same time. Will be back for a hand wax next.

I recently came here to get my car washed and detailed and they did a fantastic job! I have a 5 year old boy so of course the inside was a disaster. Chris who owns the place as well as works the desk is extremely friendly! He made sure my car was perfect and ready on time. He also had my at waiting for me at the valet as I walked out. Highly recommend this place!

Car was cleaned inside and out perfectly. They operate in the Valet line at Stonebriar mall. To valet your car it is $ 7. The cost of valet is included in your car wash. Killed two birds with one stone! Car was ready and perfectly cleaned when my wife and I came out of our movie!

Great place to get your car detailed or simply get an oil change. The owner & staff are friendly & courteous, and the location is simply perfect… I can drop off my car while going shopping at the Stonebriar Mall! Always an enjoyable visit & awesome service!

I am so happy that Stonebriar has added the Texas Auto Spa detail to the valet parking service! Chris was so nice, I just pulled up and got the rainy day package (interior only) and went shopping. At 4:30 on the DOT I got a text that my car was ready! I text Chris back telling him I was on my way and 5 minutes later got to the door and there was my car. When I open the car door I was impressed how great it looked… cleaner than when I bought it off the show room floor! The whole way home my daughter and I talked about how clean the car was, the mirrors interior and exterior were cleaned just an all around Great Job! Thank you Chris and your staff!!!

I took in my car to get it detailed since I had to pick up a few things at stonebriar mall. I paid for a 60 dollar detail and I was not impressed at all. The service I paid for was for exterior and interior.
The exterior included cleaning the wheel wells which were left dirty. The interior around the cup holders and radio-​CD player were still dirty like they never touched them. I was pretty upset when I was driving but since I was in a rush I just went back home. The next day I had re-​do the cleaning since I didn’t want them touching my car again since it might come back dirtier.
This was probably the worst so called detail job I have had done on any of my cars for the price. Needless to say I just wasted 60 dollars but like all my past experiences with bad service never again.
