Rude rude rude… residents and employees.

My husband and I had been here for two years, I used to like this place but I can tell you this place is as horrible as it gets. First of all, they try fining you for everything… i. e trash, they had apparently changed the rules or service and failed to inform tenants. The trash chutes are always disgusting and over flowing with garbage.
The parking garage is horrible it extremely narrow and there’s no assigned parking which makes it worse. They’ve also installed speed bumps which are more of a pain than anything else. They towed my husbands car once even though he had a permit.
Then we’d never been late on rent or anything and we had found a house. Thinking they would work with us to some degree and they tried screwing us every way possible. Especially since we had maybe 3 months left if that.
The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly whether on the phone or going in to speak with them.
As far as repairs go, we had put in a ticket for our refrigerator twice! They’d never even replaced it I don’t think they ever even looked at it. The thing was always defrosting for whatever reason, which is why we even put a ticket in the first place! Our food was frequently ruined.
These are just a few of the things, word of caution. DO NOT RENT HERE! This is a horrible place!

I have just been living here for two months. The location is great for walking to restaurants and other shops. I really like my living space. It’s a good mix of people and dogs.

The actual apartments are nice. It’s great having trash services Sunday — Thursday — you can just put your trash out right outside your door. My husband and I have lived here for nearly two years now. Security doors on the main floor break frequently and there is always parking issues which I have requested several times to no avail to get fixed. Under Lincoln properties when I first moved in we had parking permits, but apparently that’s too expensive or complicated under the current management. The gate to the parking garage are almost always broken. I love living in this location, so close to everything, but parking issues make it impossible to come home late and not have to drag your groceries from another floor if you’re lucky enough to get a parking spot. Lately lots of people have been throwing away furniture near trash shoots making it look horrible and the elevators smell like dog poo, but I can’t really blame management for more than likely a few horrible people who live here and cause issues. I can and will blame management for parking. Maintenance is usually pretty fast and courteous. The app that they have for payment online is not a good app, it breaks often, so we just take a check to the office monthly. Little bit of a pain, but that’s not bad. Parking just makes me miserable.

The train isn’t that loud and you get so use to it that it goes unnoticed.
It’s the property management team that is the problem. They are rude & lazy.
Garbage problems
Valet trash problems
Dirty buildings and facilities
Outrageous late fees and nasty eviction notice sent out on the 6^th of the month.
Security doors and gate broken often.
Garage lights are left burnt out.
Pool and pool restrooms are a wreck/​not functional.

The main problem with this complex is the train tracks that are about a block away. Do you like trains? At 5AM? If so this might be the place for you. Frisco Square is a cool place to live, but you might want to look on the other side, away from the tracks. Yes, walls are thin too and I constantly heard my neighbor walking around upstairs.
