I’ve only taken my kids one time, but I was not a fan.
It’s a complete disaster. The few toys they have are scattered around in a huge mess. The ball pit is great, and so are the slides, BUT the only way to get to the slides are a complicated rope bridge, or a terrifying ladder (that I’m pretty sure some kid is going to break their head open on).
There’s also a bounce house, and a music board that doesn’t even work.
Big waste of money in my opinion. Go to play street museum or a park.

Small but 3&7 year olds had fun. I thought they would be bored but we were there 2 hours. They took advantage of all play activities, even the toddler area once it cleared out of babies.

This review is for birthday parties only. I have been to a few here and they are great! I like that there is little structure in that the kids are just free to play and discover. The only time you stop is to eat and then it is back to the madness. There is a room in the back with a TV where parents can congregate as well as the main area to watch their kids and even get in the play area with their kids.
The play area includes a little something for everyone. There is a bounce house, large ball pit, slides, and for the creative side: an area with blocks and buildables, along with a wall in the back where you can move some ramps and watch gravity take a ball on its ride based on where you put the ramps. Lastly, there is a dance pad that lights up and a small house the kids can play in. The best part is, there is someone watching your kids and they also clean up, so you don’t have to!

It was really clean and staff was nice. I like how the area is smaller so you can watch your kids at pretty much all times.
Not too much seating for the adults though. It was really crowded in the morning but around lunch it started to clear out.
I’ll definitely be taking my kids here again!

My son is two and he loves this place! Clean and fun! Even brought my nieces that range in age from 2 – 6 and they had a blast too! Perfect because it’s indoors so you never have to worry about the he weather.

Great place for toddlers. Super clean which I love. No big kids trampling toddlers because this only for the little ones. The only thing I took a star off for was the price. It’s a little expensive esp if you have more than one kiddo. Nice employees. Good supervision. Enjoyed.

Elizabeth & her staff at The Coop were a pleasure to deal with & made my husband and son’s joint party as stress free as possible.
I brought in the decorations & they set them all up. The owner made sure I was on time with every step of the party (magician, performers, etc). She kept me on course and helped get guests situated. Her staff took care of the cleanup during & after the party as well as boxed up the catered food that was left over. They even helped take the gifts out to the car as we were packing up.
The Coop was a great venue and well worth the money. Elizabeth, the owner, totally gets customer service & I’ll say it again, it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Bad customer service. Rude woman ruining peoples’ experience with the birthday party. Never going back. But then again, they may not care about reviews at all like another poster mentioned.

Very clean, you can’t go in without socks, no shoes which I love. Geared more towards 10 months-​2. OVERPRICED for sure. 10 dollars really? Small bounce house, ball pit, plasma cars, and some play toys, nothing special. If it offered more things to do then maybe 8 dollars…

My 3 ½ yr old daughter simply loves it here. On busier days there is a playground attendant that assists kids with climbing up the metal ladder to the slide. The ball pit is VERY full, and my daughter enjoys swimming and hiding in the balls. There is a great inflatable bouncer and fun ride on cars. There are chairs for parents along the sides of the play space, and there are barely any «blind spots.» There are a few dress up tutus and capes, and a snack area. There is a «grassy» toddler play area, and an interactive colorful dance floor video game. Everything is very clean. My daughter stays occupied for at least 2 hours, and gets to develop her gross motor skills!

Great location for 3^rd birthday party. Did not realize that the party rate did not include the 20% gratuity. After gratuity the price is a bit steep (total about $ 425) but everyone (parents included) had a wonderful time. We had 3 staff assisting, very little stress. They helped bring things in from the car, set up food table, pass out cake and favors, and load up the car. Clean play area with bright colors. Kids never got bored.

Went here for a 1 yr old b-​day today and what a cute concept. We don’t have kiddos yet, however when they role around this would be a great place to have a b-​day.
Color scheme is great. Parents and kids get to have their own spaces, so it works out great.
New, clean, very fresh and the ladies who work there are very nice and helpful.

Took my three boys (6,4,2) to try it out today. Tuesdays they have $ 2 off admission.
The place was smaller than I had expected, but it was kept clean. Other than the ball pit and the lit up dance floor, my boys were not interested in anything else.
There is a lot of unused space that could be places for different play stations. The toddler space is very minimal– few trains with unassembled tracks, a doll house in a tiny room where nobody stays for more than few seconds, and books. My 2 year old was bored with the area after a few minutes.
There’s separate seating area outside of the play area where you could have snacks/​drink coffee, and there’s a coloring table which my kids enjoyed while taking a break from playing.
$ 10 is a bit much (to take all three of mine!!) but I wouldn’t mind going there once in awhile for the ball pit.

I stopped in here with my son on a weekday around noon. The lady working there was polite and gave me the spiel. I made a comment about how crowded I thought it was and she replied that it was actually not crowded. She said that because we were nearing lunchtime, a lot of people had left. I didn’t count the patrons, but it was pretty chaotic in there. (I hate to imagine what it would be like during the really crowded times)!
The balls from the ball pit were everywhere. No one could ride the little plasma cars and things because the balls were all over the floor. It seemed a little hazardous. My son liked the slides and he tried to play in the toy area a little, but everything was a mess. There was no order, because kids were playing for a couple of hours and clearly no one was responsible for trying to keep any kind of order. The lady who worked there never once entered the play space while we were there. Parents and/​or caregivers were only minimally attentive to their kids. The result was kind of chaotic. I would have preferred to see an employee actually in the play area, supervising kids and maybe suggesting that the balls need to stay in the pit, or that 3 kids is enough for that little bounce house, etc.
I also think they need more toys and just more to do for the 10 $ price tag. My son is 2.5 and he only wanted to stay for 45 minutes. Now maybe he would stay longer if there were less children, or if people were actually watching their children, or maybe he just wasn’t in the mood that day. That’s why I am giving it 3 stars. Its not a terrible place, it has some nice qualities, but overall, it might not be worth 10 $ and they need an employee inside the play area. Some posted guidelines about how to safely and considerately use the space and equipment wouldn’t hurt either.

We went today and stepped into the ball pit to find it was wet (my socks were soaked). In short time my son (2 ½) had a red rash on his legs and neck. We packed up to leave and told the lady who worked there that the ball pit was wet with something that irritated his skin. She said it was «just Pine Sol» and rolled her eyes.
Why would you ever soak baby/​toddler toys in Pine Sol and then hand them to the child wet with cleaner? Considering most of the previous reviews said the place was small and didn’t offer much but was «very clean», now I’m thinking I’d rather go to a «dirty» outdoor playground like Hope/​Frisco Commons than pay $ 10 for a «clean» indoor play place full of chemicals.
ETA: In response to the business owner response: No one apologized, and the woman at the front desk said she used Pine Sol twice. I calmly left (I had to put my little guy’s shoes and socks on, and I’m not the type to walk out in huff anyway), and no one offered any refund or apology. Whoever was working happily went back to staring at her computer screen.

We visited this place yesterday for a playdate with a friend. It was fun for a little bit but it’s small. Here’s my pro and cons:
Pros:
Very clean (the owner even tries to clean each ball in the ball pit)
Bright and modern
Space for young ones to get out some energy
Diaper changing stations in both bathrooms
Comfy seating for parents
Variety of toys to spark different interests
Love the coloring table
Owner is very friendly
Cons:
Price point is WAY to high, especially when they charge full price for 9 month olds
It’s super small so all the toys get piled up together
The toy area (grass area) is nice for babies, but the grass can be pulled out (chocking hazard)
Toys are nice, but nothing spectacular
The tiny additional room needs to either be taken out, or made into a nursing friendly/​book reading room (it’s just wasted space)
Hate the metal gate separating the spaces (I’m shocked there wasn’t an injury)
Toys/​balls are everywhere and my OCD doesn’t do messy
The dance floor «games» made no sense (but the kids liked dancing on it anyways)
Overall, it was nice. I think they should offer a punch card or reward system. For $ 10/​kid 9 months and up, there has to be some draw for return. Did my child have fun? Yes. But she also has fun at Chick-​fil-​a and that one is free. This is a nice place to come when the weather isn’t good for outside play, but I won’t be rushing to come back anytime soon.

I took my kids here today. They had a blast! It was a weekday and at 10am. No older children running around as it was during school hours. My kids ran around and played for two hours, took a break to color, had a snack and were back at it to play. The space was clean, bright and inviting. Food is not allowed in the play area, only in the lobby area which is nice. I do wish it was a little cheaper– say 7 instead of 10 dollars per child but hey if you stay long enough you get your money’s worth so it is what it is. I spoke to the owner and she was friendly and engaging which was great. Four stars for cleanliness, smaller space so it’s not too crazy of a sensory overload, and for the cute little toys and ride on vehicles the kids could play with. Hoping they can add more puzzles and small toys for toddlers as they grow.

Was there today. My son is 4 and I will say he had a great time. I was surprised at how small it is for the price ($ 10) and SHOCKED to know that you also have to pay for babies at 9 months. I find that absurd. Most disturbing. My friends son hot his nose on the slide then proceeded to bleed PROFUSELY in the ball pit. It was cleaned with no gloves and a bucket of water. My friends son is, thankfully a healthy– disease free child. That being said– it was made obvious today this is not a clean and disinfected place. (The woman working the desk and clean in up the bloody trail never did ask if her son was ok).
Wanted to note that the owner contacted me today very insulted that I stated the balls were not cleaned properly. She corrected me in saying that the bucket she had was not just water like I thought, but did have a disinfectant in it and she did go back and get gloves. I will again say, my son and the children of my 7 friends with me there that day all had a blast but for $ 10 per child, it’s just too pricey for us. I wish the family owning this business all the best as I can only imagine the time and money put into it.

Visually, this place is very clean, modern, and appealing. There’s a stylish coloring area right in the front lobby. The play area is bright and white and orange and yellow. You can tell they actually clean the floor here. Nice-​looking place.
There are two slides that lead into a very deep ball pit. There is a small bounce house. There is a dance floor that lights up. There are a bunch of ride-​on toys and other various small toys for little ones to play with. There’s a doll house that is as modern-​looking as the rest of the place.
So you might be wondering — with all of that, why just 2 stars?
Well, the two slides I mentioned? They are accessed by a very tall climbing net (for the large, winding slide) and a ladder with quite large spaces between each rung that curves into a platform area to stand in before going down the smaller slide. If your kid is under the age of say, 3, they will not be able to safely navigate these climbing apparatuses independently. My daughter tried the ladder, got scared, but really wanted to use the slide, so I had to reach with all of my might to plop her at the top of it so she could slide down. Absolutely no way for a parent to safely insert the child into the platform area at the top without the kid being able to climb the ladder.
And that deep ball pit I mentioned? Again, if your kid is under the age of 3, they will be buried up to their head in balls while larger children jump around them.
And those ride-​on toys? There are a couple of pretty FAST ones that large kids were zipping around on. Not the safest idea in the world. My kid had no interest in using them.
And that bounce house? The opening is the size of a small human, basically forbidding parents to enter if you have a really small kid who you wouldn’t want jumping around in an enclosed space alone with larger kids.
So basically, my kid could only play with the dance floor and whatever toys were left — which included several that you can purchase for less than the price of admission from Ikea. Literally.
I’m not saying this is a bad place for an older toddler/​young kid. In fact, if your kid is 3−7ish years old, this place is perfect! Go check it out. What I AM saying is that for $ 10, there need to be more options for young toddlers if they’re allowing them to play here. Or the owners should reduce admission for kids under 3. I understand that the draw is supposed to be that it’s $ 10 for the whole day, but what kid under 3 wants to play in the same place with the same toys for more than an hour or two? If you have a very small toddler, I’d skip this place.
