***At the corner of pissed off and waiting longer*** Had toddler antibiotic e-scribed at 11am. Went to pick up 5:20PM and was told it wasn’t ready. Coming from a pharmacy background… I know it doesn’t take long to dispense ML’s from machine and shake suspension. I overheard them say I sent the label to the back which means they never released the script to be filled until I arrived. Now they want me to sit for over 40 minutes while my toddler is at home with fever waiting on my return with IBU.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve encountered… ever! The pharmacy staff is rude a and not willing to help. The techs will try to blow you off and I had one who didn’t run my insurance and charged me the non-insurance price. Always put out when you ask them to assist or remedy a situation(typically one in which they created). Just transferred my scripts to another location.

Have been using Walgreens for years but this location by far has the rudest pharmacy staff. I will continue to use them but only for convenience, not for their friendly attitudes. On a side note — the floor staff that checks out customers at the photo counter and main station up front are always personable

Absolutely the worst experience with the 24 hour pharmacy! They don’t check their voicemail for newly called in prescriptions, despite the customer’s requests. This location is highly understaffed, very slow, and incompetent. Most of the staff members can’t even read your insurance card correctly. I will definitely not be returning. Do yourself a favor and find a different location for your prescriptions.

Steven at the pharmacy drive through is THEMAN! However, this pharmacy is understaffed(by their own admission) on a pretty regular basis and on at least one occasion they gave me a pill that was 2X the dose it was supposed to be, mixed in with the rest of the prescription. Please staff your pharmacy properly, you have a couple of great folks there but they need support. The drive through should not take 20 – 30 minutes per car. Ever.

If you like waiting 30 mins to drop off or pick up, then this is the pharmacy for you. Even if 1 other person is in front of me, it’s going to be a 30 minute wait. They don’t seem to check everything until the very second you arrive to pick up.

Dung, a MANAGER, was so rude to my father and I at the Photo Center. He completely dismissed our order of sixty prints after feebly looking(and our order WAS there), when he told us it wasn’t there, and claimed we never ordered them. He said to reorder them, which would have charged us again, to which he said they wouldn’t. After having to point to him where are order was, sitting right behind him, he refused to admit that he actually had our order, and said that we gave him the wrong number, and that’s why he couldn’t «find» it.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had dealings with. The staff always gives you the sense that you are bothering them. They never ask for your card and when you tell them you want credit you almost get the deep sigh. This morning I sat at the drive thru window over 10 minutes having pushed the call button. I called the store and no answer. Finally someone helps me and I got the service I was accustomed to. Enough is enough. Transferring all my business to another pharmacy.

The overall experience is alright. I agree with everyone who complained bout the pharmacy though. Horrible service there! This one lady is so irritating she wouldn’t even give me my prescription and I had to end up waiting so long. Argh!

Poor Customer Service from the Pharmacy staff. Some how my daughter’s prescription was mixed up and filled at another Walgreens. In the past, they were more than willing to fill the prescription for my daughter. Not this time. I asked but they did not want to fill the prescription. This pharmacy is about volume and not about good old fashion customer service. Think twice when filling your prescription here. Don’t expect any courtesy or customer service.
