C&J Towing and Recovery

I had some stuff taken from my car when it was towed. They said they didn’t know a thiong about it. My word against theirs, I guess.

I am speaking from personal experience and I have to say this towing «company» is the most unprofessional I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I had to go to the actual building one time to talk to someone in person because every time i would call on the phone they would tell me «we are busy call later», but when I walked in the business less than 10 mins later this young girl about 15 years old was sitting behind the desk with a newborn baby. Guess she was busy, but it was her personal life that kept her from customers.
Anyway, when I asked very nicely to speak with the owner she said «You have no business speaking with him and I won’t let you» Come to find out she is the owners daughter who just needs an attitude check. So after being extremely persistent i was able to talk to the owner on the phone and all he had to say to me was, «leave my property» wow he has just as bad of an attitude as his daughter. Wonder where she gets it from? HA HA kidding I already know.
So in the end I got absolutely nothing accomplished with either the daughter or the owner. They run a horrible business with no customer service related skills what so ever,
I’d rather sit in a ditch and freeze than to ever call that company for help! They are never going to get my money!
