Craig Alexander specializes in providing professional real estate services in the northern Shenandoah Valley. He has been licensed since 1990 in the Commonwealth of Virginia and provides his services to clients in the counties of Warren, Clarke, Shenandoah, Frederick, Rappahannock, Page, Fauquier and the city of Winchester.

History

Established in 1990.

Originally working as an assistant to the sales and processing managers of Mount Vernon Realty, Craig obtained his real estate license in 1990. Mount Vernon Realty was later purchased by Weichert, Realtors, and he remained with the firm for nearly 23 years.

In February of 2013 Craig obtained his Associate Broker license and joined the offices of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.

Craig was born and raised in the Front Royal, Virginia area and currently resides in the scenic Fort Valley area. He has been selling real estate since the early age of 19, he is very proud of his profession and strives to provide quality service to his clients. Craig has obtained the e-​Pro Internet Professional, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and the Resort & Second-​Home Property Specialist designations from the National Association of REALTORS. In 2005 Craig was inducted in to the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS Hall of Fame. Recognized in 2007 as the #9 Top Listings Sold Agent for Weichert, Realtors®, and in 2011 was recognized as a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors® Honor Society.

In 2008 Craig served on the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS grievance committee and in 2009 was elected to serve on its Board of Directors. Elected as President-​Elect in 2011, Craig is currently finishing his 2012 term as President.
