United Way works side-​by-​side with government, businesses and other social service organizations to help solve our community’s most pressing issues. United Way is about being local – the dollars you contribute stay right here! That means young children will thrive in school, neighborhoods are safe and secure, families can make healthy choices, elders and people with disabilities can live with dignity and independence, and basic needs are met in times of crisis.

History

Established in 2002.

For more than 12 years, your local United Way has been tirelessly looking out for local citizens with its support of our local health and human service agencies. Over the last 12 years, the United Way of Front Royal/​Warren County has raised and allocated needed funds to such critical local agencies as the American Red Cross, Concern Hotline, and St. Luke Community Clinic. Best of all, ALL of it has been spent here in our county to assist our neighbors.
