Disappointed with this establishment. Ordered my entire Easter dinner well ahead of schedule to reserve certain items, especially the Carrot Cakes. Received all of my order, except the Carrot Cakes. If a person reserves the order, pull it, and remove items from the shelf to secure the order. It is very simple and I don’t appreciate the management’s lack of approach to remedy the issue caused by his ineptness to follow a very simple procedure. Cannot recommend this to others because of the customer service response I received.

This is probably the best ham I’ve ever eaten. Between the ham, the glaze and the honey mustard(a must have), its hard to avoid second helpings. Their side dishes are excellent, too.

I live out of state, but wanted to give a HoneyBaked ham as a gift. Nancy helped me and made it so easy. Thanks, Kathy K

Personally, I love the place. It’s basically a carvery that also does sandwiches. If you’re just looking for lunch, $ 8 will get you an amazingly good sandwich, made from their fresh-sliced meats. The vegetables are always crisp, and their honey mustard sauce is also quite good. The sandwiches are creative as well. For catering and dinner, you can buy hams or turkeys fully cooked and even sliced for you. I picked up a 4 pound, boneless, spiral cut ham for Thanksgiving for $ 35. I was able to make yummy sandwiches for the next week! They also sell other components of dinner as well(desserts, soups, etc) so it can be a one-stop shop for a dinner to please :)
