I have used this service three times. First time my son’s car no issues. Than my car 2 years ago work did not last and bumper sagged. Than last month brought in for front bumper. Charged more than they said the work took longer and yesterday went back to fix the bumper that never got fixed last time. 15 minutes took an hour and half. Will I return, never.

I could have repaired my car better than these clowns. what should have been an in and out simple bumper/hood repair turned into 3 months, and eventually a $ 10,000 + repair bill. in additional damages caused by them. I am still dealing with issues not repaired professionally. Unless you think replacing a dummy bulb in the taillights is an acceptable to hide an electrical short. Repaired headlight with wrong lamp–(hint look up the vin– it provides replacement parts). Couldn’t diagnose a broken pin in the steering wheel– safety hazard — blamed a faulty radio– had to take to Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale to diagnose issue– Mechanic knew what it was in less than 15 seconds. Returned car to me without the radiator hose connected. — Car fluid warning light came on — 20 minutes into the drive. returned car with trunk completely disassembled– wires/lose nuts and bolts, bulbs paneling all ripped to pieces. — a year later I am finding out that i have an electric short. i could go on!!!

This appears to be the worst collision repair center I have ever encountered. After a rear end collision they have taken nearly 6 months to repair my Mercedes E350 Cabriolet. There is no costumer follow up, if I don’t call, I do not get an update. I seriously doubt they have the expertise to fix this car. BEWARE.
