Wanted to do a group thank you and stumbled over the 5*reviews for this shop. The dogs and cats basket was so cute and perfect for this thank u. .i just added a couple dozen boxed cookies for the group. Next day delivery, they delivered a card I hand wrote and dropped off (giving me an opportunity to taste the cookies) and a call when it was delivered. But even though the driver called within 5 min the recipients called me first they were so excited! That’s the best endorsement

The cookies that a co-​worker received as a SURPRISE from this location are aesthetically pleasing. A nice thoughtful gift to be delivered to work form her dad. When the deliver person came to drop off the gift he was very rude. Saying that it «only took him over an hour to find us”/ «next time tell your mom where you work.» Can I say this was first a surprise, we work in a building not hard to find at all, we also work in a call center in very close proximity to each other. To on your birthday be talked to in that manner that is someones job to deliver something to you is uncomfortable and uncalled for. Making comments the entire time she was signing at someones job is not necessary. We called the business to bring this to their attention to be followed by a short response of ok. A simple acknowledgment or an apology goes along way. Everyone deserves a little more service on their birthday. With a company like this customer service should be the highest goal. Such cookies are to be send for special occasions. A phone call from the sender would have taken a shorter time for him to call and ask for directions it would have save him a lot of frustration. Something that should be sweet because the bouquet was made out of cookies was far from with such a rude person. As a first impression of potential women in a room who get deliveries at the work place at a corperate office. Bussiness lost.

You know what happens when you order a delivery in Miami… well normally it either does not arrive on time or the driver gets lost, etc… I ordered a Birthday cookie gift basket for my daughter to be delivered to her office today in downtown Miami. I guess they do not have a location in Miami, which is fine. We all love flowers, but they typically do not last long and these cookie baskets are so much fun and unique.
And they taste good as well. I ordered online, and they have a good selection from Birthday, get well, thank you, holidays, just all kinds of fun cookies. They are not cheap but a lot of work and love goes into these delightful cookies.
Ordering was so easy online, they offer same day delivery! They sent me two emails confirming my order and a receipt. Then as promised the delivery driver delivered her Birthday basket and right after he called my cell phone to let me know he had just hand delivered them.
Excellent service… I really appreciate the awesome communication and getting exactly what I paid for. I will order again and again from this location.

What are delicious surprise for anyone with a sweet tooth!
This basket is hand made sugar cookies individually designed. 12 made from scratch chocolate chip cookies that are soft, airy and FANTASTIC! Everything was place on a clear plastic serving tray. Very nice touch, instead of trying have it all wrapped in paper. Show off this beautiful work of Art from the special baker. Thank You!

Well I knew I was going to send this surprise for a Birthday and it certainly brought an awesome truly surprised look from the recipient! Mind you I’m thinking ahhhh this is to aide in that sugar rush to finish any great video game or geek out with comics!
The online ordering was very easy, there are various online coupons available too. The customer service is excellent! I was contacted to verify my order to be sure it was what I asked for. I really liked this. Nuts are an available option to get and I knew and while I did not want them another may. They identified themselves and clearly spoke my order to me. Very professional. :-)
I received emails as each step processing. Cool!
The one thing I didn’t ask for was to get a specific delivery time. Forgot to ask, but it worked out perfectly.
Right after the delivery was done I was called and told mission accomplished!
Teehee! Everyone enjoys that feeling like a kid when the cookies were made at Christmas or just coming out of the oven.
There are different sweetening options available, just call and ask. Gluten free too.
When eating cookies the next day microwave them for 15 – 30 seconds and they taste and smell just like out of the oven!
I ordered this online and am scratching my head wondering how I’m supposed to get the Unilocal check in goodie? This store handles the orders, this is perplexing.

I’m a born and raised South Florida girl, and love me some local small businesses. This place is amazing! The cookies are super fresh, and super delicious! I come home for the Holidays so it’s super hard for me to ship gifts… and Cookies by Design is the best place to for gifts on the go. I ordered a sympathy basket to be sent to the funeral home for a friend’s grandmother that passed away. The basket was delivered on time and the driver called my phone to let me know who signed for it and what time he delivered it. I am extremely happy with the customer service and on time delivery.

I love small businesses. This Cookie Bouquet has exceptional service over the years I have done business with them. Of course you can order online without ever going into the store, but to save on delivery, and because it’s right there on Federal highway just north of the Sunrise Blvd curve split, I feel I might as well pop in and treat myself to a rich, smooth icing decorated shortbread cookie when I make my order.
The store is always clean, I love the ladies because they help me make up cookie gifts if I need something other than just a basket of decorated cookies. Don’t get me wrong, I will take a decorated basket full of these cookies ANY day. But they also have other cookies like oatmeal and chocolate chip to send as gifts.
Pssst…they usually have bags of mini decorated shortbread cookies for $ 5 when the Cookie Bouquet craving hits you.

This is a go– to for birthday cookie cakes, sending cookie cards and decorated cookie pops. I know its a chain, but whenever i pop into the shop or call to place an order directly, my order is customized and executed perfectly. I always get a free cookie sample. It feels like a mom and pop experience, where the artist will come out and talk to me about my idea, to create exactly what i need.
