If I could leave 0 stars I would! A few months back I applied for a job as a delivery driver. A week or so later I started getting emails from a Deandre Green telling me to finish my application for seasonal help. I tried calling the number he provided, but to no avail did I ever get an answer. I called ups directly but only got the run a round from people who’s English was complete crap, the only thing they did do was confirm that Deandre Green was not an employee and had never heard of him. They didn’t care someone stole my information and was now impersonating an employee. All they said was they would look into it, and I should send a complaint in writing. Seriously??? They are completely worthless at customer service. One woman even said that there is no known number for the fraud dept. I’m beyond upset with them and their UNCARING employees. Because of them I had to file a police report and put alerts on my credit. Its so sad that NOONE there cares. What’s a crappy business when they let whomever steal identities in their name. Shame on you UPS!

I couldn’t disagree more with David B. I use the UPS store for my eBay business and Meghan and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I ship all over the US and internationally, as well.

The worst customer skills I’ve ever seen! I wanted to send an overnight envelope, like I do every Monday. I had run out of the red overnight labels, so I stopped in here to get one. The lady behind the counter told me, with an attitude, UPS hasn’t used those labels for years! She became visibly agitated when I asked if she knew the address to the nearest UPS hub. She did, however, give me the address. After driving across town I was able to get a stack of the labels that UPS apparently doesn’t know they«no longer use».

BUYERBEWARE! If you have any issues with UPS these people will NOT help you! They seem to want the benefit of being able to use the UPS name and logo but they will do nothing to help you resolve issues with UPS. Employees are rude and have no regard for the customer and the money they spend there. I used to use this particular branch regularly to ship items for my business but I can say with 100% certainty that I will NOT be returning and I will be make sure that everyone in my personal circle knows not to use that branch. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Pathetic.
