Made a reservation online … received a confirmation … drove 33 minutes to get to location and was told there was no reservation and no cars available. The guy was very rude and not willing to help. As he put it … «I’m closing in 5 minutes and I’m only here to get the last car out.»
Called the number on website … they immediately honored our reservation and got us a car at another location. HOWEVER … when we got to the second location (which was another 12 miles away), there were no cars there either!!!
Giving this location 1 star for horrible assistance/​service and rude employee.
Giving Hertz 1 for the sorriest service EVER!!! What a horribly run business!!! First time to use Hertz … will NEVER even think about using them again!!!
