Mike’s been our accountant for 3 years and we are now starting a new business. Mike was able to set up a corporation for us and provide analysis for us on the next 2 years on projected liabilities/​savings etc… We are EXTREMELY happy with all of the great work he has provided for us. Deciding to go with ACCI Bookkeeping was one of the best decisions I have made for my business and my family – and it took me over a year to get there. From an accounting standpoint, they do an excellent job and are saving me weeks of my life each year. From a customer service standpoint, I have seen them jump through hoops for my high demands on deadlines without warning. With their help, I have been able to purchase two homes in the last 3 years.

ACCI did my tax return and I really enjoyed there friendly staff!!! They were able to get me a greater return than any other office!!! Highly Recommend them!!!

No sure about their accounting services, but their voicemail is always full and can’t talk to anyone.

Saddens me to write this review.
Took my taxes into ACCI. Mike had double booked and put me with someone else. They made a mistake and had me over pay in the amount that I owed to the IRS and State taxes. Mike was honest and refunded me on the fee that I paid and refiled my taxes and told me I should get a refund.
6 month later no refund.
Received a letter from the IRS stating that I owed more money. I contacted Mike he said he would correct the incident and send me paperwork to correct the issue. 1 month later no paperwork and several emails to him with no response. I had to pay the additional amount to the IRS to avoid late fees.
Still no response from Mike. I will need to find and pay someone else to fix their mistake.
Not Happy. :(

These guys are the epitome of the word efficient! I literally called them with less than 2 weeks before April 15^th and they got my taxes done in just a few short days! Dana, Opal and Michael are great! I was able to send them all my paperwork via email and pick up my taxes at my convenience! I mean, it doesn’t get any easier than that. And for the first time (in god knows how long!) I’m actually getting some money back! Wooop! I seriously jumped up for joy!
Seriously! Do not do your own taxes! For $ 60 I got my taxes professionally done and actually getting money back in the first time in a long time. Turbo Tax and H & R Block online may seem easier to you. You may even think that you sister’s friend’s aunt is a tax expert since she «does her own taxes», but seriously, trust the experts! Especially when they’re as good as this team!
I’m doing my taxes with them every year!

Mike and Opal are awesome! This was my first time getting my taxes done here and I’m forever going to be a loyal customer. Opal was very quick in getting back to me to schedule an appointment when I called and left a message. She gave me a courtesy call the day before to remind me of the appointment. That always helps.
My husband and I went in and met with Mike and he was so thorough and friendly. We forgot some of our tax info and he was cool about it. He took his time to answer all of our tax questions and made sure we understood everything. And to top it off, their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend ACCI for all your tax preparation needs.

I found this place through Unilocal and left a message. I was in panic mode and was looking for an accountant who wouldn’t abandon me or judge me (judge me but don’t be so obvious), because I’ve had bad experiences with two.
Just before I was going to call and leave another message for another tax person, Mike called back and I made an appointment to see him the following day.
The place was easy enough to find and Mike was easy going. I was upfront about my situation and he listened and got to work on my mess. For some reason I was expecting for him to chastise me and shake his head (flashbacks I had from my last accountant), but instead I had a chance to listen and learn about the charity that his wife and other associate runs called United American Charities Inc. This is a charity that helps families in need of food. How cool is that? When my last accountant found out I bought a car a few years ago he asked me why I didn’t go to him instead (since he doubles as a car salesman, need I say more?)
The price for his services was a shock for me (pleasant shock), and I was really relieved that I took care of what I needed to. I totally understand the 5 stars that people give this business, and you won’t be charged an arm or leg for it.

I have used a lot of accountants and bookkeepers over the years but I’ve never encountered anything like the practical, unflappable competence of Mike DuBrock and his business and life partner Opal.
Mike helps you put everything in perspective and helps you to focus your attention on what is truly important in your business and personal life. And, oh by the way, he’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.
It sounds kind of lame to say «for all your accounting needs,» but that’s what I’d recommend Mike for, without reservation or hesitation.

I had Mike prepare my tax return for the previous year. I had a rather complex situation but he was very quick to get on the phone with IRS to get the answers. He took the nervousness away from me to talk to the IRS too. His advice showed his expertise and experience in tax preparation. I thought I had to go back but I left the initial meeting with my file and the envelopes ready to mail which made my life easy.
He is easy to work with, quick, diligent, and very reasonable to make your finances in order. Oh and I’m getting tax refund which was a pleasant surprise too!

Three years ago (has it been that long?), I left the LBC in search of something better and clueless about my new surroundings including where to get my taxes done and that’s when I found Miracle Man Mike and it’s about time I let you all know just how awesome he is.
I always catch Mike at the tail end of tax season.
