Decided to do my Tailights here after seeing them on IG. Couldn’t really see their work as they only post high end cars & don’t really show what exactly they do. Anyways apart from that, I called to get a quick quote. Charged me $ 275 on the phone to smoke my Tailights. Which is very expensive but the lights were gonna be removed and what not so I agreed to the price. I drive down to their facility about 1 hour 15 minutes from where I live.
Guy comes out and checks out my lights and instantly says he’s gonna charge me an extra $ 50 ! Because he said he had to remove my bumper to remove the Tailights. After I had told him on the phone the exact make, year, & model of my car ! Wtf ?! And I didn’t want to say no as I had drove alll the way down there. Didn’t come for nothing. So I end up paying f****** $ 325 just for my 2 Tailights. Which is a complete rip off …
Apart from being ripped off, lights came out looking good and I am happy with them. Wouldn’t come back for any other work whatsoever though. These guys are expensive.

Antidote Motorsports designed and installed a complete custom interior on my SEMA show car. The work was flawless and on time and more importantly on budget! These people were great to work with and delivered on the promises they made. My car was very well received at SEMA in no small part to the work done by this shop. I highly recommend them. Lamborghini leather… In a 1970 Chevelle? They made it happen!

Ok, looking through previous reviews for this shop, I must say, I’m shocked by a few. Let’s face it, NOBODY is perfect in this world, therefore NO PLACE will be perfect either. That said, these guys genuinely care about their business and the customers that help keep their doors open. I primarily dealt with Jake and Kam (Son/​Father that run this place) and I must say, they’re both great with their customer service. I was recommended to this shop by a fellow car club member and was given Jake’s personal number to contact about some concerns I had for my car (2009 Dodge Challenger SRT-​8). Jake immediately invited me to swing by the shop after work the next day and let him check it out.
When I got to the shop he got right down to business trying to get a basic idea of what the issue could be as well as jotting down some notes on things to check out while the car was in the shop. Right off the bat they start pointing out things they could fix for me and said they would get me quotes on. Some would say they were just trying to milk as much cash from me as possible by pointing out things to be fixed, but I do NOT see it that way. Unfortunately I have little to no knowledge of the mechanics side of cars, I’m just a car loving enthusiast, so when somebody that knows what they’re talking about recommends fixes, I greatly appreciate it because I want my car running and looking the way it should — PERFECT. Since I got the car my driver side exhaust tip has been a bit crooked, they noticed and offered to fix it while it was in — AWESOME! It’s always been a bit of an eye sore for me, even though it wasn’t that badly crooked. I had concerns about the tune on my car, no problem, they said they’d check that out as well.
Throughout the time that my vehicle was in their shop, Jake was giving me updates via text and even phone call on everything. The day after I dropped off the vehicle I got a call describing the issue and what was causing it as well as options on fixing it. Awesome, fix with OEM parts I told him. No problem. As soon as it was installed, he let me know that the problem was fixed and working perfectly, but there was something else that was strongly advised to be fixed as well and again provided options. Cool, fix it with OEM parts as well. Done. I can’t tell you how great it was getting updates on every little thing while going through the process of getting my car back in tip-​top shape. Call me a woman, but when it comes to my car being in a shop I’ve never sent it to before — Communication is KEY, and they rock at communicating with updates.
When everything was all said and done, I came to pick my ride up. As I’m pulling up to the shop there’s my car, being freshly detailed by a professional that they’ve used for the past 6 years, THAT is awesome! As for pricing, they were VERY fair, from shop fees for labor to parts that were replaced, I can guarantee I saved a few hundred bucks at least over taking it to the dealership where Billy and Juan would scratch the heck out of my $ 7,000+ custom paint job and I probably would have been out of my car for twice as long, and of course racking up labor fees.
I can’t express how great their service was from start to finish. I’m greatly relieved that I’ve finally found a reliable local shop for me to bring my pride and joy to for anything I need. I will certainly be going back when I have special projects that need to be done! Thanks a bunch Antidote team! Keep up the fantastic work and service, don’t let the trolls bring you down.

This place is so disappointing. I do not recommend this place for ANY ONE! First there work Quality Sucks! There so rude! This place just does not deserve to even be open! I’m never recommending this place to anyone! They mest up the whole entire car! I hate this place so much. Ps: Be careful they will change your stuff from ur car and replace it to something else that’s really crap be carful!

Team Antidote meets all of these expectations and more. Jake, Kamran, and the entire Antidote team have been top notch in terms of professionalism, qualify of work, customer relationship, and everything in between. They have a special ability to make you feel like family, and go above and beyond to make sure they exceed your needs.
I have brought my car here about three or four times now for everything from custom body work to performance modifications to repairs. Each time, Jake and company have done immaculate work and kept me informed with prompt communication. I wouldn’t trust any other shop to work on my car after the great job that they’ve done.

Jake and Kamran are very professional and make you feel like family when you go to get work done. I’ve had a couple things installed as well as my car repaired after an accident and both times I felt included in the process. Despite being busy, communication from Jake was dependable and quick (always within 24 hours). Facility is professional and very clean.
My accident involved severe front end damage and minor frame issues. After getting the car back, the car drove perfectly straight without issue and looked like it did before. Paint was on point and perfectly matched.
I’ve also had friends get work done here as well and we’ve all got nothing but good things to say about AP and their work. This is THE place to go for just about any of your car needs.

I had my entire car wrapped here. They also wrapped the roof of my old car. These guys know what they’re doing. They’ve been doing it a long time. Jake the owner will help you accomplish whatever it is you’re trying to do to your car.

I actually do like the exhaust now. It’s different being the driver and then being outside the car to hear it driven, and thus also how I later heard the rattling as its a little harder to hear things as such from the driver seat is it not? The good: my exhaust and springs were installed and I love the oracles. I was also finally sent my invoice and wasn’t charged for the incorrect wheel powder coating and won’t be charged until it’s redone to gloss like I originally asked. Pricing for all the other work was very fair.

right now I’m not happy. they put in my orcal halo lights on my 300 and everything was fine, kind of expensive but I paid it. had a problem with the halos and had to replace them. I paid the install fee to get them replaced and I hoped that was the end of it. but now the halos are going out again and they need to be replaced again. this is not antdote’s fault but… I let them know as soon as it happened and since then been trying to get this problem solved. now they will not call me back or let me know when they can replace the halos. the manger hasn’t called or email me back. I have not even got an invoice for the last install yet. im willing to update this review if they care to get back to me and not charge me another install for the issue.

Kind of a pre-​mature review since I havn’t gotten my halos on my Challenger installed (that will be next week). But let me tell you how I was treated from the moment I sent my initial email…
First my email was answered very quickly and I was invited to come in the next day. When I got to the shop I sat down with the owner and his fater who first spoke to me about their background and there attention to detail. Everything they said was honest and I was very impressed. After that I was given a tour of their shop which was extremely clean. Nothing is thrown on the ground and if they take something off your car it is put up in shelving clear from getting damaged.
They are also a one stop shop. From car audio, wraps, halos, custom interior, etc, they can get it done. I will update my review once I get my halos installed, but I can bet I wont have anything bad to say at all. I’m very excited to have come across this shop, and look forward to bringing my car club to see these guys.

I used the two previous posts to help me decide on where to go to get my front driver and passanger side windows tinted as well as HID’s for my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I also visited their website and liked that they had a gallery showing the work they have done on many makes and models. I emailed Antidote Performance, and Jake replied right away. He gave me a quote and I decided it was a resonable quote for my request. Jake and the entire staff were great from the moment I walked in for my appt. Their waiting room has a flat screen with theatre seating and they have complimentary sodas and bottled water available.
I was kept informed the whole time on where they were at with the installations. Everything was great and I am very happy with the work that they did! Thank you Jake and everyone at AP.

I’ve never been to a location where they treat you with respect and have a loyal commitment to their customers. They do not bull around or give you completion dates that will be bypassed. They stay late nights to work hard on your vehicle to meet demand and expectation. They do a highly clean job and never make holes and/​or inserts that are unnecessary. Thier verbage is that they do not do any «Mickey Mouse» work. I’ve gone to these guys multiple times for my car. 1 week prior to going to them, I used a different company who had worked on my car for over a month when their commitment was 4 days. I was fed up and never looked back once they completed. Antidote has given me comfort and reliability, a great customer satisfaction and clean, clean, clean installs! I’m not kidding you when I tell you, they do everything. I’ve never heard a no from them on the ideas i’ve potrayed that I want to do to my car; anything with them is possible. They keep it honest and tell you if it’ll look good, sound good, run good, etc, or not. They won’t sale you something just to sale it. Check them out. I’m a gauranteed customer to them and will continue to be. They treat you and your car the same way they would like to be treated. You won’t regret doing business with them. I haven’t.

I initially chose Antidote performance for proximity reasons. And I’m glad I did. What separates them from other car places I’ve been to is customer satisfaction. They will not stop until you are satisfied. Might be a cliché but they are the real thing. Some shops will sweet talk you and do mediocre work (‘cough’ tint shop at beach). Beware of them, even their «reviews» are false advertising. Guys at antidote (Cameron et al) know what they are doing. Reasonable price, good workmanship, satisfaction guaranteed!
I had my car alarm with remote start done, smoked tail lights and HID headlights. Soon I will have my back up camera and front grill installed.
Try them and I’m sure like me you’ll never look for any other car shop!

I’ve upgraded systems in multiple vehicles over the last 10 years where I’ve witnessed the quality of work deteriorate during that span. I’ve been to multiple local shops. When I recently purchased my CTS I was excited to roll back to my go to spot for the music upgrade. The price was competitive, but the install work was less than desirable as the amps/​wiring looked like it was just thrown together. Needless to say I wasn’t happy.
Antidote re-​worked the package with a delicacy and care I expected during the first install attempt. The custom box and fixtures came out better than I hoped and the quality of sound is fantastic. The price was good too. If you want something done right, go to Antidote Performance. You won’t be disappointed!
